As usual Peter was on time and did his inspection and adjustments in a prompt and professional manner. He discussed the furnace operation and options available to me for possible improvements to my heating system.

I was pleasantly surprised that Milani plumbing was able to send someone out to our house within a couple of hours of my call. Indy was very pleasant and explained what he needed to do and why before he did it. He was able to find our leak quickly and cleaned up after himself.

I am very impressed with Milani Plumbing, Drainage & Heating! On Nov 29th of last year, there was a strange smell coming out of my vents and I had no idea what to do. It was around 6 in the evening, at time when I knew most businesses were already closed so I did a Google Search and ended up calling an emergency gas line number for my gas provider. The lady from the gas provider told me to evacuate my house as a safety precaution and that they would send a tech to my house as soon as possible. To make a long story short a tech came to my house and after 5-10 minutes he told me that the funny smell from my vents was due to a faulty gas valve that I should get replaced. The gas provider tech also told me that I needed a new gas valve as it was leaking in the "off" position. I thanked him for the info and was prepared to pay anywhere from $200-$300 for that part. That night I slept with my furnace off and the very next morning I called Milani as I had seen their ads many times before and asked if I could get a tech to my house as soon as possible. I also let them know that I would be needing a new gas valve as the gas provider tech recommended. As scheduled Lance from Milani came to my home and even though I told him that I would be needing this $300 part, he very politely let me know that he would prefer to do a complete inspection before charging me for such an expensive part. Well Lance did his own inspection and I am so grateful that he did because unlike the gas provider tech who spent 5 minutes looking at my furnace, Lance did actual leak tests and determined that there was no leak coming from my gas valve after all. In fact the burning odour that I smelled yesterday was from a failed run capacitor for my blower that was causing my furnace to cycle on and off continually. Lance replaced my capacitor and instead of paying $300 for a part that I didn't need, I ended up paying $15.50 for a part that I did need. Thank you Lance for your honesty and professionalism. In an industry where I am always afraid of being over charged it's comforting to know that there are still companies out there like Milani who do what's right and do not take advantage of their customers. I will be recommending your services to everyone I know. Professional, Reliable and Honest. What more could I ask for?
