I woke up in the morning and noticed there was no heat so I called the company that installed my furnace. They said they can come late in the evening or the next day. It's winter and I did not want to go without heat for such a long period of time. I remember I used the services of Milani Plumbing several times before both for myself and my clients (I am a realtor) and have always been really happy with the level of service of their technician and call centre. A technician came to my house within 1 1/2 hours. The service was excellent and timely. The technician explained the problem clearly and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. He also provided me tips on maintaining the furnace and reviewed with me the other services that Milani offers. Milani has done it again - Excellent and prompt service every time! This was a major job, installation of a new, high efficiency furnace requiring new venting. Tim and Damon showed up on time, inspected the site with me, explained everything that was going to take place and got to it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the job was completed in a timely fashion. Everything I needed to know about the new furnace was explained to me and all pilots that had gone out during the gas turn-off were re-lit and everything was functioning well. Clean up was excellent and no damage to carpets or walls occurred during the job. It was a delight.
