    Diagnosing toilet-related issue

    I contacted Mr. Rooter last night because of an issue that had arisen over the last day or two. The water valve attached to the toilet in the main washroom was leaking and the toilet bowl would neither not fill nor flush unless one opened and shut the valve manually. Mr. Rooter provided me with the help I needed in the only window of opportunity I had to be at home today. The individual who diagnosed the problem and fixed it - Brian M. - was easy to speak to, quick to figure the problem out and did not tell me that I had a bigger issue than actually existed, which is every homeowner's worry and worst nightmare. I paid the minimal cost involved when one has to ask service providers for help. Thanks to Mr. Rooter and Brian, in particular, I got to work on time.

    Clogged toilet drain

    Great service from the moment I made the call to inquire to the moment the job was done. A very pleasant experience, no hidden fees, everything explained upfront and no upselling. Josh our technician was polite and very knowledgeable. Great job!

    Toilet issues solved with professional service!

    Great service from the telephone call to the plumber arriving at my door. Joshua was very polite and well mannered, he was very thorough in diagnosing the issue. It was complex issue and not easily solved but after a thorough inspection the issue was solved. Will definitely recommend!!

    Main water line was replaced.

    The work was quick and neat. Greg explained everything that was done and was easy to talk to.

    Kitchen dishwasher hookup/fridge water line and ice maker hook up

    Greg was incredible. Friendly, efficient and done in a timely manner. Priced right. We had our DW fixed and it is no longer leaking. Greg checked all the fittings and we are confident in his work. Thank you!

    Plumbing

    Bruce Tehrani of MrRooter came to my house to fix a leaky faucet. While doing so he noticed my water meter was not turning off. He discovered the leak in a faulty toilet and fixed it. He was polite and competent and charged a fair price. He also came when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Rick is a very courteous and efficient worker. He explained everything so that I could understand it. Highly recommend him. He is always very polite and answers all my questions.

    Blocked bathroom sink

    Bruce was very professional gave me two options/solutions to my problem. Also brought other issues to my attention. For example drain pipe should be 1 1/2 and connections are rusty should be replaced.

    Came in quickly, and so was the fix

    Noticed small constant leak in the basement, and didn't look like I could DIY it. The technician came on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as the cracked flange underneath the toilet bowl. He explained his repair process step by step, and made sure the fix was done correctly. I'm quite happy with the result.

    Outdoor Faucet Leak

    My outdoor faucet was leaking that led to a small leak in my garage. I found Mr. Rooter through HomeStars and was impressed by their positive reviews. I was able to connect with the company through a Live Chat and a home visit was arranged within a few days. Ron from Mr. Rooter was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous.
