Peter was very professional and efficient in describing the issue with my clogged toilet. Having an older toilet model, which was always being clogged, he suggested a newer model. The installation and removal of the older toilet was completed effectively and the work area was spotless. I'm very please with the prompt response to my issue, rectifying the problem and replacing the defective toilet all on the same day. Thank you.

Quality was fine, Ali did a good job but we felt we were always being 'upsold'. For a $600 toilet and a $25 inlet valve we were charged $2k which even when you consider labour costs for an hour and a half its exorbitant. There are much better value for money plumbers out there.
