    Robert Cassel

    I recently had the main drain at our bar cleared of a blockage and our technician, Robert Cassel, was fantastic. Not only did he fix our problem in a professional and expedient manner, he also educated me as to how I might go about avoiding this potential problem in the future and also what to try to fix some of the smaller problems. I would absolutely use this company again and I would definitely request Robert.

    Basement Drain Repairs

    We were extremely happy with Mr. Rooter Toronto. They had to replace our basement sew line from the house out to the property line with the City of Markham. They finished the work while we were on holidays. Their work was extremely professional with minimal damage to our front lawn and basement. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing related repairs.

    Copper pipe leak

    I had a copper pipe leak in my basement bathroom. Rob C. arrived on schedule. He was professional and completed the job in a timely and effective manner. Thank you!

    Leaking kitchen sink

    Bruce T. was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to others. The price was also very fair.

    Septic repair service

    After only 5 weeks in our brand new home our sewer line was blocked and caused a massive flood in our house. It was Thanksgiving week-end and our builder would not respond. We called Mr. Rooter and they came right away to asses the problem. They determined it was a solid block in our line (outside of the house) and would require our driveway to be excavated and the blockage to be removed. Grant Reuston was the Plumbing Technician who first arrived and remained on-site until the job was completed to full satisfaction. Special thanks to 'Roman.n2' and Vlademir for their hard work digging the hole (by hand no less) and discovering a cracked pipe with building material blocking the pipe. They cleared the pipe (disgusting as that was!), repaired it, and ensured it was functioning properly. It was a tough job and they were absolutely amazing.     Flood in basement bathroom

    The connection to the hot water tap in my basement bathroom broke, leaving water everywhere. Rick Phillips came within an hour of our call, and fixed it. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and it was great to have him here.

    Replace shower handle and cartridge

    Gary came out to fix faucet handle for shower. He was very quick, efficient and effective! It was done in ample time and he was very pleasant as well.

    kitchen sink and bathtub drain

    Brian M. was very friendly and efficient! He fixed our leaky kitchen sink and our very clogged bath tub. He provided advice on how to avoid a future clogged tub and how to have better drainage. He was great!

    Shower Faucet Leak

    Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I called Mr. Rooster's to get my shower that has been leaking hot water for 2+ months. Nasir Ahmad showed up within the half hour promised and my work was completed within one hour of me making the call. I was afraid that I would have to replace the entire shower, however, it got fixed and now works. I am very happy with the service provided on the phone and in person. Keep it up.
