    Plumbing repairs

    Needed repair for a toilet tank that did not refill, and for bathtub tap that dripped heavily. Brian from Mr. Rooter did an estimate for the lowest effective cost. Even though I indicated a willingness to go with a new toilet he instead recommended and did a replacement part inside the tank at a fraction of the cost. He also recommended deferring dealing with the problem bathtub tap as it was going to be a large repair and not worth it if I was going to be replacing the whole tub in the next year or two, which I was planning to do. His work was fast and neat. A good job.

    Faucet replacement in bathroom and kitchen

    nothing but good things to say about mr.rooter. they have been great and i've used them multiple times now. the plumber, rick phillips, is the best! very professional, super knowledgeable and very thorough. he was very friendly and provided me with great tips on how to make the best out of my new faucets and even cleaned up afterwards. i will definitely recommend him to friends/family and will use him again...in fact, i am booking my next plumbing job in a few months time and will request rick. thanks again!

    Something is stinky! (But in a good way)

    Thank you thank you thank you Mr. Rooter - specifically Arsen and Robert. I called in the late afternoon to let them know sewage was backing up into my basement and within a few short hours they were at the door investigating. And by 8am the next morning my front yard was being excavated, the pipe issue was resolved, and I was flushing toilets once again! I am amazed at how quickly they responded and how wonderfully neat and tidy they left all their work sites. Its like they were never here. Exceptional service with a very professional team. Highly recommended.

    Pipe root removal

    Company very professional. Called the morning of appt to tell me approximately time of arrival. The licensed plumber Robert Plantic was very polite and courteous. He gave me his opinion and was not pushy. I have had lots of experience with plumbers. I have to say he was the most honest.

    Kitchen and Bathroom

    It started when Rick Phillips walked in and put on his blue bootie covers over his shoes. Rick was very professional and courteous. Rick went over with me the problems that needed to be addressed and at that time discussed with me how to proceed. Rick snaked my bathtub, and cleaned up the tub shiny and clean again and gave me some very helpful hints on how to protect my drains going forward. Rick then went down to the kitchen where he proceeded to snake that drain and while doing so, noticed a huge puddle on the floor . Upon further investigation Rick observed a whole in the pipe. Rick immediately called Chris in the restoration business and asked him to come out on my behalf to take out my bottom cupboards so he could examine the problem, and Rick stayed until Chris got to my house in 20 minutes or so. Rick took a look at the leak and told Chris he needed everything opened up because the pipe was very corroded. I am so thankful that Rick found the leak and worked so quickly to take care of a very stressful situation for me. I called Rick today 15/09/16 and asked when he would be back to fix the hole and again he had a brilliant idea to put the new piping in the wall instead of my lower cabinet in the kitchen, giving me back precious storage space. Rick went far beyond customer service. Thank you so much Rick I appreciate this more than you will ever know. Sincerely Karen A Edwards

    Amazing Service

    We've had to use Mr Rooter a few times and each and every time was a great experience! They have always shown up within their window. We are always able to get evening and weekend appointments. They are great because the technicians tell you ways to maintain your plumbing. We had a really bad clogged toilet and couldn't figure out the auger and he taught us how to use it properly, as well recommended when we do get a new toilet, what kind to get. Will always recommend you guys and will always call for help!

    Excellent, efficient, friendly servie

    Brian M provided excellent service when repairing our faucet leak. He spent time explaining what the issue was and even went out of his way to talk to us about the upkeep of our faucets. He was extremely friendly & someone you can trust. I would highly recommend Brian if you want honest work. Thank you very much! Soleil's

    Replace 100 year old drainage pipes

    Phil and his team did a fantastic job for us in replacing old pipes and getting our house's plumbing into the 21st century. Phil did a superb job keeping us informed with where things were at and his team were uber clean, on-time and concientious... very happy and satisfied with the service and product,

    Kitchen drain cleaning

    The issue was only a blocked drain, and not a big deal, but it can be frustrating to get someone to fix the problem. It needed specialized equipment in the form of a powered snake, and was not an easy do-it-yourself fix. In come Mr. Rooter and get the job done with speed and courtesy. No hassle; job done. Special call out to their technician Bruce Tehrani, who was knowledgeable, friendly and (most important) a good plumber.

    First class workmanship like manner

    First off the plumber arrived at the schedule window time I was given which was a good start. Once I explained the work that had to be done which was a slow drain in the bathtub and a new part for the bathtub water control I was quoted a price that I thought was a bit high, but went with my good instincts. Rick was very professional and did great job. Also giving me a couple of hints of maintenance along the way . One thing to remember is if you want the work to be done right - hire a licensed plumber and get the job done right the first time.
