    Installation of hot water tank

    Great, prompt service with minimal disruption to our office! I would use them again without hesitation and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this sort of work done. The installers were friendly and quick.

    2nd Time Customer - Another Great Experience

    I was very impressed with James and his team when they installed an air conditioner for me 2 years ago. When I needed to replace my furnace this fall, I reached out to James and they were able to complete the install within 2 weeks. James provided me with a number of furnace options and information about each option so I could make an educated decision. The team onsite were very professional and ensured they left the area spotless. I would highly recommend James and his team.

    Furnace, A/C and Water Heater

    Natural Choice Heating & Cooling in Whitby is a great HVAC company to deal with. James took the time to answer all my questions and provided details during his visit and via email. Our initial meeting was for a quote for replacing our furnace and A/C, unfortunately days after getting the quote we had our hot water system quit on us so it was in need of replacement before the furnace. I felt comfortable with James during our initial meeting so I contacted him about the water heater, we were put on an emergency install list and we had hot water by the end of the week. We have since had the furnace and A/C replaced as well. Arek and Ben did an excellent job installing all three units. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed by their workmanship and how clean they left the work area. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Highly recommend!

    Thank you Natural Choice for saving us this summer! James took the time to patiently answer all our questions and provide details over phone and email as we discussed replacing our A/C, air handler and thermostat. Absolutely no pressure or up-sell either. Ricardo, Matt and team worked hard to get our system up and running in one day. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We were particularly impressed by their workmanship and how extremely clean they left all work areas. In short: top rate service!

    New air conditioner

    I dealt with James over the phone. James is very knowledgable . He was able to explain what the available options were in a very simple and easy way to understand. Within a couple of days James arranged for one of his crews to remove and install the new air handler with coil and air conditoner. The installers Matt and Ricardo were very nice guys and very professional. I strongly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Thermostat replacement

    This is the third time I've dealt with Natural Choice. James and his team are brilliant. They're efficient, honest and extremely professional. I've rarely come across a service provider that has this level of integrity and dedication to their craft. They are also willing to go the extra mile every time I've had the need to call. You can't go wrong with this company. They're simply the best.

    Furnace Problem

    I searched HomeStars looking for a local company to help with my furnace issues. James came to the house and walked me through everything involved with my furnace and air conditioning unit. He put together a recommendation and his team followed through quickly to complete the job. Each person involved was kind, professional, and informative all throughout the process. I highly recommend.

    Happy Customer

    James and Gavin at Natural Choice are excellent. They showed up on time and completed the AC replacement I asked them to do as scheduled. I'm getting a good night's sleep.

    In floor and radiator heating

    James and his team did great work at installing a boiler, radiator and in-floor heating in two rooms. The patience and attention to detail was impressive and the time invested into making sure we had the right solution for our home was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Natural Choice.

    New Furnace & Air Conditioner

    Really enjoying my new furnace and AC unit. James explained my options and provided alternatives for the AC unit and placement for me to consider as I had limited space. The team that installed the furnace and AC were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. It was a big job. The team worked hard and completed the installation in 1 day including taking the time to demo the new thermostat to me. I would absolutely recommend Natural Choice Heating and Cooling to others and would work with them again in the future.
