    Floor Refinishing

    NewRidge recently refinished the first floor of our house in the Riverdale section of Toronto. It was a challenging job, because we wanted to match the existing stain as closely as possible, and our grey "pickled oak" stain is something or a rarity. However, Keen and his team were up the challenge, and the result is very very good. The entire organization seems very professional; I especially liked the fact that Scott responded to all of my various emails extremely promptly--that's quite a contrast from many other contractors who are often very hard to reach. Highly recommended.

    1920's Home - Floor & stairs repair & refinish

    Some repairs were needed before the sanding and refinishing could start. This was a problem for some re-finishers we interviewed. The moment we met Sebastian at our home we felt our problems were over. He made a quiet assessment without our having to point out the repair work needed and assured us that all could be done and was worth doing. The work was done cleanly, efficiently and entirely on schedule, and the outcome was even more than we had hoped for. We are delighted with the results and cannot thank Newridge and Sebastion enough. Our upstairs hardwood floors and stairwell from grade to 2nd now look fabulous.

    floor refinishing

    Thanks to Matt and NewRidge Refinishing our dull,stained,wavy,and scratched floors in the living room,dining room,hallways and bedrooms look totally amazing.Through Matts attention to details and his great advice along the way we cannot believe how nice the floors look.We will gladly recommend Matt and NewRidge to family and friends in the future.

    Refinish the whole House Oak hardwood!

    We will have to say that NEWRIDGE is an Awesome Company! We have had our floors done in the past by other companies but absolutely no where near the Quality, Approach and Professionalism that Matt demonstrated by completing the whole job by Newridge. We are more than satisfied with the Great customer service and attention to detail that Matt gave us. If we were ever going to do a hardwood floor again, we would not consider any other company.     Floor Refinishing

    Hired the team to refinish my main floor and install new pre-finished hardwood upstairs. Price was reasonable and the workmanship was top notch. They answered my long list of questions and were amazing to deal with. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

    Refinishing Hardwood

    We hired NewRidge Refinishing Group to refinish the oak hardwood in our kitchen, dining room, powder room, and main floor hallways. Scott instantly replied to my initial request for an estimate and was always quick to reply to all correspondence throughout the process. Andre and his team were professional, punctual, and friendly. Andre clearly takes pride in his work and does a great job. Once the floors dried we realized another urethane coat was likely needed. Andre was back within a day to apply yet another coat. We would certainly contact Scott and Andre for future hardwood flooring projects.

    Floor refinishing

    So glad we contacted New Ridge! They exceeded our expectations every step along the way. The estimate was done quickly and in writing. The day the project started, Seb and team arrived right on time. They thoroughly sealed off the area where the hardwood was going to be sanded. I couldn't believe how well the area was blocked off to minimize the dust. After the initial stain dried, the floor colour wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I called Seb, and he was back at my house within an hour to see it and discuss options. The next day he returned with a new colour to apply and it was perfect! The overall project was completed on time, and we are 100% satisfied and love the look of our new family room. New Ridge knows 100% what they are doing in terms of workmanship, and they are extremely committed on overall customer satisfaction and professionalism. Highly recommend New Ridge.

    Restored 1930s hardwood floor

    I was VERY skeptical when Sebastian said they could restore our upstairs hardwood floors to its 1930s look and feel. When the carpet was removed, there were deep gouges from knives, holes in the floor from the old radiators, and other various marks. Fortunately, my wife is the boss, and she was adamant that we let Sebastian do what he said he could do. I was wowed by the result. I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I’m a believer! On top of that, their customer service was top-notch; they were responsive to our inquiries and were able to squeeze us in to their already very busy schedule on short notice. I would highly recommend Sebastian and his team to anyone looking to restore their hardwood floors!

    Hardwood Floor & Stair Refinishing

    Our home had existing hardwood floors and after some research we hired NewRidge and they exceeded our expectations. They also stained our new stairs and railings to match the floors. Scott was our initial contact with the company and he was very prompt, polite and professional in all our communication. He answered all our questions and helped us understand the process from start to finish. Matt provided the initial quote for the floors and stairs and he was also the same person to undertake the work which was fantastic for continuity. He was always on time, very professional and met the deadlines he set out with the estimate. Matt is a soft spoken big guy and would take the time each morning to greet our two dogs who were completely at ease with him. When the job began, he patiently prepped the floors and then painstakingly stained them as well as the stairs and railings. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about what he was doing, the products and care of the floors in the future. Matt worked on the project like it was in his own house. Thanks Matt, you are a very skilled craftsman! The team at NewRidge definitely know their business and we are extremely happy with the results. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

    Site installed floors and stairs

    Words cannot express how happy we are with our new site installed hardwood floors! Keen and Zamon were professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very enthusiastic about tackling our renovation. They were prompt, patient and understanding of all our concerns. We trusted them with our home, they were clean, efficient and my favourite...perfectionists! We had new hardwood floors installed on our main floor, upstairs hall and master bedroom plus 2 staircases with new treads, white risers and stringers (painted existing pickets) and refinished existing handrail. The stain was perfectly matched to our existing living room floor and handrail. Their quality of workmanship and professionalism has exceeded our expectations. The final product is impeccable and has transformed our home! We would highly recommend them!
