    Kitchen floor demolition, install and refinishing

    Sebastian & crew had to remove a section of granite tiles & replace with hardwood that matched the type and size of the hardwood that existed in the rest of the kitchen. Then, the refinished colour had to match the colour of hardwood in an adjoining room. Beauty job. Great crew. No mess. Wonderful guys to have on site. Highly recommend.

    Floor Refinishing

    We had originally contacted another company about refinishing our wood floors, who recommended against refinishing and quoted us an expensive price to install a brand new floor. Afterwards, we contacted NewRidge about refinishing. The first correspondence was on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to receive a response right away. Scott and I discussed our project that afternoon, and continued to discuss over many emails over the next month. His responses were always prompt and professional. When Sebastian came to assess the state of the existing floors, he found that it was in perfect condition for sanding and refinishing. His team was punctual from the first day on the job. The old floors have been revitalized. You'd think it was a brand new floor. If another company steers you away from refinishing, give these guys a call, and let them have a look before you make a decision. Your floors may not be that bad... Dealing with Sebastian and Scott was a pleasure. Thank you guys!

    Floor Refinishing

    We were thrilled with how our floors turned out! Sebastian and his team we're very professional and did a fantastic job. Not only did they work very quickly, but they left the house spotless when they were done. Thanks!

    Hardwood Floor Install

    This is now the fourth project we have done with Matt from NewRidge. As someone that works with a lot of different trades across the industry; I have to say that Matt is a rare gem. His attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding. Matt takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it definitely shows from the careful planning before beginning to work to cleaning up when he is done. Matt is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to employing his services again in the future.

    Refinished Stairs to Basement

    We chose NewRidge because of the ratings on this site and we were not disappointed! Matt did a fantastic job with our project and we're really pleased with the end result. We removed the carpet from the stairs leading to the basement and discovered the stairs were in terrible condition - what we thought was an impossible job. Matt came in and brought them back to life and the stairs are just beautiful! During the project, Matt was professional and arrived each day on time. The workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable and the project was completed on time and as quoted. I was also very impressed with the email communication at the beginning of the project letting us know what to expect. We definitely recommend Newridge and plan to use them again in the future!

    Floor Refinishing

    Fantastic floor refinishing project …kudos to Matt for exceeding our expectations! From start (Scott) to finish (Matt) our relationship with Newridge Refinishing Group has been exceptionally professional. Our communications with Scott were very detailed and timely and Matt exemplifies quality craftsmanship. He explained each step of the process and after expertly sanding our 40+ year old floors, we were thrilled to hear that they were in far better condition than expected. This meant that they could be left in their natural state and simply top-coated with oil-base polyurethane. The final result is far beyond what we could have hoped for. Matt’s attention to detail is superior and we highly recommend him and Newridge Floor Refinishing!

    new wood floors

    Thanks to Matt of the NewRidge Refinishing Group for installing our new wood floors in our living room and dining room. They are beautiful and make our house a home. Matt is a true professional who shows great attention to detail and made every step of the process go so smoothly. We are very pleased with the result. Thank you Matt.

    Old Hardwood Floor Refinishing

    We contacted NewRidge Refinishing to sand and re-stain the very old original hardwood flooring throughout our main floor. Scott responded very quickly and provided a quote. He was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of the questions I had. We had an in-home visit with Jose and booked his services thereafter. When we needed to reschedule the actual flooring work, Scott/Jose were very accommodating. We were told the work would take approximately 3 days, but we scheduled 4 just in case. Jose and his associate completed the work in 2.5 days. They were punctual, professional and courteous throughout the process and even took the time to show me their progress and answer the questions I had. Once the work was completed, we were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the work. The stain came out very well and we couldn't be happier. Our floors look amazing and it completely changed the look and feel of our home. I would certainly recommend this company (and Jose and his associate, in particular) as they are very skilled and professional. We also found the cost of the project to be reasonable. A huge thank you to Jose and Scott for their exceptional service. We love our floors and can't thank you enough!

    Floor Refinishing

    Sebastian at NewRidge was amazing to work with. My floors look fantastic and the customer service was great. From my first email to Scott to the final floors and staircase with Sebastian…it was a great experience. Very professional.

    floor refinishing

    I called Scott on an emergency basis when my newly refinished floors in a new rental house did not turn out well at all. I had tenants moving in within 2 days. Jose and Juan arrived on Saturday and sanded, stained and varathaned on Saturday and Sunday. The floors look fantastic!
