    Rewridge Floor Refinishing to the rescue

    We were impressed with NewRidge from the start with the promptness & quality of their initial quote. Of the 4 vendors we requested quotes from, NewRidge was only company to provide an in-house consultation which provided confidence that they were interested in supporting our project. Quotes were detailed and updated for clarity. Pricing was competitive - mid range. Communication was clear and provided via text and video message. The project itself for 3 upstairs bedrooms took 3 days as advised, and all steps clearly communicated. It's a disruptive project to clear out your home to make way for the work, but it's completely worth it. Sebastian & crew were on time, took great care in minimizing the amount of dust and provided a tidy space when complete. The end results are perfect and we would have never imagined our 60 year old floors to have a second life. Happy to report that after 6 months of the work being complete, the entire job has held up beautifully.

    Refinishing of hardwood floors

    I was nervous dealing with a new contractor (as most people are) however from my initial inquiry all the way through to the finished job, this team was extremely great to work with. Very professional and communicative and to top it off, the floors look incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute recommending this company for your work. In a sea of suspect companies, New Ridge refinishing group is an absolute stand out, they delivered everything they said they would and completed the project in Exactley the estimated time. We will be using them again to do our stair refinishing later in the year.

    Stair and Floor Refinishing for Whole House

    We were looking to find a company to refinish all our hardwood floors and staircases in the house. From start to finish working with New Ridge has been amazing. Scott responded right away to the original quote request submitted, and answered all the questions I had. When Radu came to the house to the formal quoting, he made several recommendations which we didn't even think about, and addressed all areas of concern. Booking the work through New Ridge was simple and straight forward with their online process. Lory and Radu did an amazing job on our floors and stairs. From helping us pick out the post styles, to the custom colour staining, and the adjustments on the fly with the baseboards to address some builder deficiencies in our home, they were great to work with. They did an amazing job and the finished product is even better than we were thinking. Their attention to detail, and the recommendations they made for certain areas helped bring the whole thing together. It was a pleasure having them working in our home, and we’re definitely happy we went with you guys.

    Refinishing work

    We had a challenging time even finding a company that would even take on the task of refinishing our 100 year pld floors, but NewRidge didn't hesitate and they did a great job! The floors came out better than we ever imagined amd the customer service was excellent throughout.

    Very impressed with Matt, Scott and the NewRidge Team

    We had a fantastic experience with the NewRidge team. Scott was very helpful, polite and responsive. In fact, I requested an estimate at 11 PM on a Saturday, and the next morning Scott had arranged for an in-home estimation later that afternoon. The job was fully completed by the end of the week. The quality was top notch and the service was unparalleled. Matt, the contractor, arrived on time and impressed us right away with his expertise, knowledge, and honesty. He clearly communicated what he would be able to achieve with our old floors and blew us away with the end result. Our 100 year old floors look brand new. We would absolutely recommend Scott, Matt, and the NewRidge team to anyone. Our only regret is not taking better "before" pictures.

    The most professional company I have worked with

    Communication is on the top of my priorities when choosing a contractor. Scott was brilliant with his communication from the very beginning, and ensured that we had everything covered and there were no surprises. Theirs was among the best estimates we received for the flooring for our condo, and the entire flooring was redone on time and according to schedule. My apartment has some crazy corners and Yvon did a brilliant job of them. I highly recommend Newridge to anyone for their flooring.

    Amazing Job

    We recently purchased a 1960s bungalow with original hardwood floors that were in very rough shape. The floors had previously been refinished poorly, with lots of low spots and wavy lines that you could see in the light. The finish was worn and the wood darkened in places as well as having many drilled holes for cable lines I guess. Matt came by to give us a quote and was so detail oriented in reviewing the condition of the floor, we were confident he would do a great job. He did not disappoint! He really brought the floors back to life, including numerous repairs that blend seamlessly into the existing floor. We had no idea the floor could look so wonderful, extremely pleased. I definitely recommend them for refinishing.

    I have dealt with Scott from New Ridge to do my living room floors and they ( peter ) did a great job and was very happy and that's why I had them come back and do my hallway floors and office floors i would recommend them to all others looking to get floors done , the price is good and service is great

    Hardwood Floor Refinishing

    Scott and Sebastian did a great job. We are happy and impressed with the floor refinishing services provided. Scott, Sebastian and his team were professional, efficient and very tidy (Tidy is an understatement- the house had little to no dust when the work was finished) when refinishing our floors. As another review mentioned, “the whole process was smooth and great communication every step of the way.” Sebastian and his team are work horses and they went above and beyond in terms of quality and provided great customer service.     Excellent hardwood floor refinishing

    Simply excellent work from start to finish from Matt & Scott from New Ridge. Original estimate was accurate and more than fair, especially given the high level of craftsmanship. Matt consulted with us throughout about potential problem areas and solutions. The finished product exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended.
