Met the NorthShore Eavestough guys at the spring home show in Toronto and thought they seemed professional. They came quick when I called for an estimate even though I was slightly out of their geographic zone. I had a terrible time finding other companies that could respond so fast! Once the contract was signed, work was done in a reasonable time. The staff were clean, safety conscious and professional. They let us know of other problems on the roof or with the bricks. Clean up was great. But the best part was follow-up. Work was done Friday, and the owner was by on Saturday to check things out. Since our neighbor's eavestroughs in our semi-detached home were done at the same time, we were both home to share our feedback. There were a few marks on the front eavestrough - barely noticable - but the owner had it changed first thing Monday morning. It looks great and works even better. Angela, the receptionist, always returned calls, and Darren, the owner, was nothing but polite. I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely 5 stars.

Our existing eavestrough's were in need of replacement. North Shore was extremely reliable, courteous and professional in their recommendations - and have executed the job to perfection. Moreover, they noted the neighbours downspout was incorrectly draining on our property and have taken measures to rectify this - a problem that was the culprit of a previous basement leak on our property. I recommend North Shore Eavestroughing without HESITATION.

North Shore Eavestroughing did a superb job on the supply and installation of eavestrough for my custom home project. They went above and beyond the call of duty to locate specialty items, actually sourcing them from out of province! The installation was first class, and Darren and crew were a pleasure to work with. In this day and age where trades are sometimes unreliable, I was able to count on North Shore to be there when they said that they would be and to finish in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend North Shore Eavestroughing to anyone!

Found North Shore on Home Stars. My experience bear out the positive testimonies of the other reviews. Darren, Rod & AJ demonstrated what the concept of customer service is all about. They do what they say, show up when they say, and ask what else could be done better. Competent work, helpful attitude, pleasant demeanour ... all add up to a positive homeowner experience that is more of an exception rather than the rule. All in all, a delightful crew to have for help.

Northshore Eavestroughing was an exceptional experience, starting with the puctual timing for the start date right through to their attention to detail during the installation. The really know their field of expertise for eavestrough, downpipes, leaf guard and specialty LED lighting for the soffits. I would highly recommend this company to a friend or family to expedite their project they were seamless!

We didn't even know looking for an eavestrough contractor would be a tedious & frustrating task! First of all, we had 4 different quotes and experiences with each of them. One contractor didn't even show up on the day of our scheduled appointment (talk about being unprofessional). Another contractor has given us the impression that he's uninterested since the project was not worth his time. The third one is badmouthing other contractors which makes you think twice of hiring him. But North Shore Eavestroughing is so different from all of them. From the moment we called Angela Perry to setup an appointment, we know we have a winner! She's so pleasant & professional which is very rare nowadays in customer service. Darren Perry came to our house on the day of the appointment and patiently walked us through everything we need to know about replacing our eavestrough. He even quoted us a reasonable & fair price. When we finally decided to have our eavestrough replaced by North Shore, Darren together with his crew, Austin Matheson & Rushdie Ganief did a wonderful job from start to finish. The quality of their work is really par excellence! So to all those who are searching for the BEST EAVESTROUGH CONTRACTOR, we highly recommend NORTH SHORE EAVESTROUGH, Darren and his team.

The guys from North Shore turned up around 9 and were done by 3. They ripped out all the old eavestroughs and put in shiny new ones. We got 2 rain barrels as well. They did a walk round with us first to confirm exact placement details and cleared up every trace of debris at the end. Very friendly, they even added in a couple of tiny sections that had been missed off the quote for no extra charge. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

the experienced downpours caused the eavestrough to overflow, make a mess and needed cleaning frequently. These were replaced with seamless eaves,larger diameter downspouts, disconnt from city water, supply and install rainbarrel. All in all a superb job well done. We are most satisfied!!!
