Steve came within a few hours of my call the day after Labour Day. He repaired the broken cable and replaced a hinge that had rusted, causing the cable to rust and break. Quick, efficient and friendly.

Steve installed my new garage door and opener, as well as capped my existing painted wood frame with aluminum to save me from having to scrape and sand the chipped paint. The job was done in a timely fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and his services. Honest, pleasant, punctual.

Open Sesame installed my garage door & opener about 8 years. Steve and his helper did a fantastic job - on schedule and on budget and they hauled off my old door. I've since moved and the garage door & opener in my new home wasn't working. I called Open Sesame to see if they could come by to repair it. While speaking on the phone, Steve did some troubleshooting of my garage door issues to see if I could fix it myself rather than having to pay for a service call. I tried his suggestions and the door is working again. Any other company would have sent someone over and charged me to do a simple repair - not Open Sesame. Steve is a man of integrity and truly cares about the long term satisfaction of his customers. Even though he didn't install the garage door in my new home, Steve was extremely helpful and courteous in making sure my problem was resolved without costing me money. If you need a new garage door installed, call Open Sesame. You'll be very glad you did.

Excellent service. We got a new garage door and a new opener installed in no time. Steve showed up when he said he would and finished the job faster than he had originally estimated. We are incredibly pleased with our experience with this company. they also did a great job cleaning up the work area after the work was done.

We had Open Sesame install our garage door opener a few years ago when no one else would or could. We called a few days ago to have them install a keypad on the garage for our kids. Again, for price and service, this is one of the best contracting experiences we've ever had. Fast, cheap, super high quality, friendly. The best.

About a month ago my garage door just dropped and would not open. While trying to fix it, my husband got locked in the garage. So I called my friend who had hired him last year and she would not hesitate to recommend him. Steve was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. While fixing the problem, he even showed my husband how to fix small issues we may encounter in the future. Thank you very much for your help, Steve.

Came highly recommend and did a great job installing the opener on my single car garage. Was higher priced than others, but guaranteed his work and I needed this done right. I had an issue a week later where the door wouldn't open or close, so I called and texted the owner to have him come by and there was no response. No followup and it's been 3 months since then. I expected this from the cheap guys, but not Open Sesame. Would not recommend or hire this company again. Very poor customer service. It's too bad because all my friends are buying homes now.

Steve was extremely prompt in returning my call when my garage door broke. Although easily fixed my door was 35 years old and in need of replacement. Steve quoted on replacing both my door and my neighbors. He was extremely competitive and offered a great product. He even offered to fix my old door temporarily. We chose a long panel sandstone door and think it looks terrific. Steve also caped the wood around the door frame to match. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I just want to say a big Thank-you to Steve as he has been most wonderful in helping me with small issues over the years with my garage doors ( battery change, small alignment adjustment ) . Our garage doors were installed by his company Open Sesame 5 years ago, yet he would still offer complimentary service calls a few times already. I would definitely recommend this company for garage doors installation and service. The after service has made Open Sesame stand out from the rest . I called Steve explaining I needed two openers. He told me I could buy the openers myself or he could supply them and told me the price. I appreciated the option and honesty! He came exactly when promised and finished exactly when he expected. The openers work fantastic! Thanks Steve!
