I found that my garage door cable snapped and called Steve. Steve was quick to answer my call, came by to visit within 24 hours and assessed the work necessary. Steve is a friendly personality who does great work at a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Our family has been extremely impressed with the work provided by Steve at Open Sesame! We were having a lot of trouble with our garage door rails, and Steve replaced them for us quickly and efficiently. He was able to uncover a problem created by the original installer, and fixed it right away. He is friendly, helpful, professional, and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I admit that I am very late writing this review. We called Steve over a year and a half ago because our garage door was rotting and we were concerned that it would not last though another winter. Steve came out and we immediately knew we wanted to work with him. He is one of the best service providers we have ever worked with. He is honest, trustworthy, accommodating and incredibly easy to get along with. Best of all, he offers a great product. Our garage door looks fantastic (like new) and it's been over a year and a half. It also helped insulate our garage through one of the coldest winters we've ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend Open Sesame. You won't be sorry!!!

This is the second time I have used Steve and as always he's the best ... period. Don't even waste your time looking for anyone else, just call him and trust me you won't regret it. He's dependable, trustworthy and gets the job done. He's also one of the few contractors I've dealt that will treat you as a person and he's so easy to talk to, someone like a friend :)

Having dealt with Open Sesame numerous years ago when I was on the Board of Directors of a small condominium building; I sought his services again. Was I ever glad I did. I called him in the afternoon and he scheduled me immediately after his current project. Shortly afterwards, my garage door opener was working flawlessly again. He also installed an emergency manual override in case of a power failure at no charge. I remembered why our condominium ALWAYS contracted him. Steve is a honest professional and I wish every contractor had his integrity. I highly recommend Open Sesame for any garage door related issues. Many thanks Steve!

Open Sesame is a business run by intergrity, honesty, fair pricing and good workmanship. I highly recommend Steve to install or repair your garage doors. I had my garage door repair almost a year ago and I recently had problems with my garage door again but not related to the problem that Steve fixed last time. This time it was due to the weather change and my garage door would not remain closed. Steve promptly and efficiently fixed the problem.

We've contacted several Garage door contractor for a quote and Steve from Open Sesame is the only one that's flexible to accommodate the time when I'm available. He's easy to talk to and explained thoroughly what's he's going to do. We couldn't be more happier with the results of his work. Excellent work and product. Highly recommend.

We found Steve two years ago in Home Stars. He did fixed the garage door quickly, at a very reasonable price, but what has impressed us most is that he is a very trustable person. So when we decided to change our two garage doors, we didn't look for anybody else. He did an amazing job, the new doors look great, and there's no gap to the frame, which will keep the garage insulated. We have changed two garage doors and added a motor.
