Gabe, was on time and on budget. He set out clear expectations of the project and delivered on each of them in a timely manor. He does most of the work himself, so he never lost days waiting for others to be able to make it. He stressed the details right down to the last minute of the project. But the best part of the reno was his system for removing garbage daily so we never had a big mess to deal with. The entire job site was clean and organized.

Our project was to build or buy tables with undercounter storage. Gabriel was very helpful in identifying the most cost effective solution for us, and then providing assembly services. This was a very small project compared to others done by Palmeri Construction. Despite that fact, we received excellent advice and service. Gabriel provides clear communication, professional work, and thorough cleanup of the job site and finished job. He is very pleasant and professional, which makes working with him a pleasure. I would definitely hire Palmeri Construction for any future jobs.

We hired Gabriel to renovate our basement after our sewer pipes were replaced. Additionally we needed help addressing our sketchy crawlspace that was causing some frozen pipes. We own a 100 year old semi in the East End - there were many different challenges common to a century home that Gabriel handled so well. We had new flooring (including new subfloors) installed, drywall was repaired and a new closet built, plus numerous smaller problems addressed. Gabriel holds his work to a high standard, his attention to detail is meticulous and he's got lots of great ideas to handle different challenges. We are thrilled with the outcome of his work, our basement is nicer than we ever imagined it could be. Additionally he was able to insulate our crawlspace, mitigate various issues within it and we haven't had an issue since. He was great at handling bringing different trades in, he kept his workspaces very organized and tidy and he completed all the projects ahead of schedule. We plan to work with him again in the future and highly recommend his work!

This is a project that went beyond a simple fence and with some unusual design requests such as utilizing decorative metal panels near a garden box plus expanded requirements such as fencing on our deck plus repairing rotted wood on our deck steps and a cantilever fence around a tree at the back of our yard. We were very happy with Gabriel's approach, commitment to quality and the finished work that he did. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and his priority is a happy customer. Would recommend without hesitation and will have him back to do additional projects in the future.

If youre looking to have any contracting work done, look no further. Gabriel is extremely professional, competent, and communicative. He worked with me on a tight schedule to have my carport pillars replaced while I was having the driveway redone and my wife and I couldnt be happier with the finished product! Well absolutely be using him in the future. He takes pride in the work that he does and it shows. 10/10

Gabriel completed repairs to some water damage incurred on our back porch overhang. He was an absolute professional making helpful recommendations , completing the work promptly and keeping a clean and tidy job site. He was respectful to both myself and our neighbors and the quality of his work is exceptional. I would highly recommend his work.

After having worked with Palmeri Construction several times in the past, we knew who to contact for our backyard garage, deck, and fence. Gabriel transformed our dreary and unusable backyard into a functional and attractive space. From permits to demolition to the very last fence board, his quality of workmanship and attention to detail was always evident. He consistently went above and beyond to navigate the entire process with us and made sure that work done by any sub-contractors was completed to his high standards. We were so impressed, that we immediately secured Gabriel to fully renovate our front porch as well. We now have two beautiful spaces that we enjoy year round!

We cannot recommend Palmeri Construction and Gabe enough. Since 2016, he has completed many renovations and upgrades to our 100 year old home - we hired him again this spring to replace the ceiling in our living/dining room. The previous ceiling was installed poorly and was an eyesore with visible ridges at all of the drywall joints and around all of the light fixtures - we couldn’t stand looking at it. Gabe worked his magic and now we love our new ceiling. He expertly repaired several joists, leveled the entire area, painted it, and installed pot lights as well. He is always professional, flexible, and communicative. We ran out of indoor projects, so Gabe is currently building a brand new garage in our backyard. It isn’t quite done, but we’re already so pleased with it!

We hired Palmeri Construction to do a complete gut and renovation of our aging basement, outside foundation, water-proofing, as well as a new walkout and deck. Gabe came highly recommended from friends, and we were not disappointed. He was so easy to work with with, friendly, accommodating, and always considerate of our needs. Our home came with multiple complications that a 100+ year old home will have. He worked professionally through all of them; always readily available to answer our many question, and explaining the work that he was doing along the way. We appreciated his candor and honesty, and felt extremely confident in his work. Thanks to Gabe, we now have a beautiful basement, and feel secure in the safety of our home!

We are so happy with the quality of craftsmanship, diligence and personal character that Gabriel brought to this project. His attention to detail and production of top quality work is impressive--as is the respect for our property (always cleaning up at the end of the day meticulously) and our neighbours' property (they have commented on how happy they were with his respect for their space when he needed to use a driveway or walkway to do cutting). Despite having a couple of issues with a supplier for our composite decking, Gabe was able to quickly pivot to build our custom shed so we wouldn't loose time overall on the project. And that shed-- we discussed wanting a shed for our garbage/recycling/green bins so he took our ideas and designed something that fit near our walkway, but was also practical for access and use, and looked great with colours that matched our deck. We HIGHLY recommend him for any project.
