    Washing Machine Replacement

    I had the drum break in my condo stackable washing machine. I called a few people and was told of repairs reaching $700. I called Pambis, and the next day Pete came out to my place, took a look and said that damage was too great, and any repair wouldn't hold for long. While in my place he pulled up several replacement options, that were significantly more affordable than what I had researched on my own. Within a couple of days, the old unit was out and the new one in, at a cost that was far lower than I had expected. Seamless service. Will be contacting them again soon

    Washer Repair

    Peter provided great service. Called me back within minutes. Call was prompt, efficient and less than I was quoted! Would definately use again for future repairs and would recommend to others looking for repairs on appliances. Almost bought a new machine. Now I will spend the extra $800 Peter saved me towards my vacation

    Refrigerator repair

    After my fridge stopped working, I called Chris, and Peter showed up at my house. He's friendly, knowledgeable, knows what he's doing. He came with all the proper equipment, explained how the parts worked in the fridge while he did his work, THEN called me back to make sure it was working properly. That's what I call service!!!!!

    Washer Front Loader

    We were having problems with our washer stopping mid cycle and I looked though HomeStars to find a company that could come out and help up and Pambis was the one I called. Pete came out to see us and fixed the problem on the spot. He had all the necessary equipment to determine the problem. Since then I have contacted his company 2 additional times and he has always come out to help us. He is my go to guy.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Pambis Appliance did a great job with my refrigerator repair. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them. I contacted them through the online application on their website and heard back from Pete within a couple of hours. He asked me a few questions and had me e-mail him with the serial # later that evening. The next day, he showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem and replaced the necessary part in about half an hour. My experience with Pete and Pambis Appliance was excellent from start to finish and i would not hesitate to use their service again if necessary.

    Fixing old Washer and Dryer...

    We have used Pambis Appliance over the years to extend the life of an aging washer and dryer... then when it came time to stop fixing and purchase a new set Pete was extremely helpful and insightful. Always fast, always professional and very knowledgable! I have recommended Pambis Appliances to many friends and clients alike and will keep doing so.

    Washing machine repair

    Pete was friendly, efficient, informative and I felt complete confidence in his integrity and knowledge. He laid out clear options from repair through to replacement. Fair price. Highly recommended. Only issue - he was busy (not surprised) and this made it hard for him to assess ETA.

    Washing machine repair

    I contacted Pambis Appliance Service yesterday morning, and my washer is now fixed. It's 24 hours later. I couldn't be more happy. Peter Pambis' original quote over the phone (based on my fairly vague description of the problem) turned out to be accurate, so there were no financial surprises. He called ahead en route to me, arrived on time, immediately ducked into my basement only to emerge 15 minutes later having fixed my washer. He fully explained what he'd done, and charged me very reasonable rates. How could anyone improve upon that? Perfect service! Thanks, Peter! Edit: almost a year later my washing machine broke down again (different defect -- unrelated to last year's repair) so I called P.A.S. again. Everything in my original review still stands. Very happy -- thanks again!

    Fridge Repair

    Anytime I have a problem with an appliance I never hesitate to call Peter at Pambis. Recently I called Peter out to look at a fridge that wasn't staying cool and he was quick to track down the problem. As usual he showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after he completed the job. Even when he's busy, which is usually always, Peter always gets there when he says he will. I couldn't recommend him more.

    Fridge Repair

    I was recommended Pete by a friend. I sent an e-mail request to Pete and he responded on the same day, I have explained to him what was going on with my Whirlpool fridge and he immediately said that most likely I need to change the Thermostat, so he ordered one for my fridge and contacted me back in 2 days when the part was in hands. He came on the same day; he showed up on time, had the new thermostat on hand and was finished with the repair in just under 30 minutes. He was friendly, polite, professional, and pleasant to deal with - I highly recommend.
