Last month my Samsung washing machine broke down with a full load of sheets in it. I emailed Pete after reading the great reviews on this site and he did not disappoint. He responded that same night and was able to purchase the part and fix the washing machine within the next two days. He was done within an hour and very reasonably priced. He even stuck around to help fix a clamp on my dryer! I highly recommend Pambis Appliance Service.

If I could give this company 20 stars I would! Called Pete in the morning on a Friday of a holiday weekend. He took time out of his schedule to try to assess the problem over the phone. Was there before 2 in the afternoon and fixed the problem immediately. Their customer service and honesty is exceptional. Look no further, they are the only company to contact for appliance repair!

My dishwasher stopped working yesterday and I contacted Pete through Homestars, based solely on the great reviews on him. He responded immediately and told me what he thought might be the issue and also gave me an estimate for the work to be done. Pete came out today to fix the dishwasher and I was extremely impressed by first of all the fact that he arrived on time, then looked at the dishwasher and fixed it for a fraction of the estimate he gave me, after finding a simple solution which I credited to his experience and expertise. He also gave me some good tips in order to prevent a recurrence of the issue. Extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable and efficient!!

Pete Pambis just finished fixing my washing machine (45ish min). He was super friendly and seem very knowledgeable with extra tips to keep my appliances running. Was a seeming simple fix to get us up, instead of complicating things to over charge for things we didn't need. I will definitely give him and Chris a call in the future and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others! Pambis4life y'all.

Have called Pete several times to fix appliances and he is a great, honest and straightforward guy. He responds quickly to questions, and provides several options. His quotes have always been accurate. Recommend!

Pete came to our house promptly, and fixed our washer, dryer and fridge. We were having a problem with our dishwasher, and rather than replace a part and have to charge a lot of money, he found a way for us to keep using it. He even suggested a partictular dishwasher detergent that works much better - and sold us some. He also gave extra free advice on my bbq. He was prompt, nice, reasonable and helped me save money. I would use him again in a second.

They replied to my email contact promptly. They showed up on time and made the repair for less than the estimate. It was a very satisfying experience. Pete Pambis is very friendly and professional.

Dishwasher broke down for the 3rd time in 3 years. Ready to throw it out as I couldn't stomach the thought of dealing with Sears again (and waiting 5 weeks for a resolution). Left an inquiry on Homestars after dinner and Pete emailed me in under 1 hour. Contacted me the next morning and I explained what the problems had been. He recommended a fix and dropped the part off for me that afternoon, as I said I could install it. Can't believe he spent that much time and only charged me for the part. Dishwasher is up and running and I will recommend these guys to everyone.

Excellent service, excellent communication, highly recommended. I had trouble getting the parts from Whirlpool to fix Oven. Pete took over communication with Warranty Company and kept me consistently up to date on the back order parts. As soon as part was available, Pete fixed the Oven same day.

Peter's service was great from the moment he took my call right through to the end of the job. He knows his stuff and is professional and courteous. He discovered that our 30 year-old gas stove was done, disconnected it and got us a new one, then installed that for us.
