We had our driveway paved the summer of 2016. We were very impressed with Carmen’s attention to detail and no pressure, confident sales approach. No only did he detail how he would slope the driveway to ensure rain fall went away from the house, he also coordinated with our timelines to replace the concrete floor in our garage so that the driveway seamlessly met up with the opening to the garage. Carmen’s crew are obviously experienced professionals who have been in the business a long time. They worked as a highly efficient team to complete both the prep and finishing stages of the project. They take great pride in their work. We are very happy we chose Park Paving for our new driveway!

My neighbour & I got 3 quotes and selected Park Paving based on price and our understanding of how Vito ran his business. (He could have expanded and had another crew but he liked to personally be on site when the work was being done). My wife has chemical sensitivity health challenges and he was understanding and accommodating about that which we greatly appreciated. Vito answered our many questions, had excellent suggestions and his crew did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the street cleaner than when they arrived. In fact, 4 other neighbours were so impressed, they had their driveways done as well. THANK YOU Vito and the Park Paving crew. Highly recommend them!!!

Park Paving completed the side and back laneways of my commercial property in September 2015. At the time, the job looked great upon completion. However, this year, much of the paving has become cracked and broken due to substantial plant encroachment and weed growth. As well, the grading was too high near the back entrance and water seepage is occurring during heavy rain periods. I have phoned Park Paving on 4 separate occasions since the beginning of May to kindly inquire about these issues and to have someone request to take a look. Each time, a secretary or reception person received my call and promised to forward my issue. Not once has any of my 4 calls been returned. It is not necessarily the work I am disappointed about, it is the lack of service afterwards that is concerning. All new work looks great but if the company is completely ignoring requests to follow up or address issues than any potential client should be concerned.

Old asphalt was removed, crushed stone was added, and driveway was graded. A few months later, asphalt was applied. The crew came on time, and worked hard. They were done in no time. We were very impressed with all aspects of their work.

Carmen and his team dug up our existing driveway (30x20) and laid down new gravel and let it settle for 6 weeks. They came back on time to pave the new driveway and we're very happy with the results. I wasn't home at the time, but our neighbour said they spent about 2 hours just rolling on the new asphalt to get a solid and compact base. Time will tell how long the results will last, but so far we're very happy.

Work was done late last fall. Am very happy with design and outcome. Vito was a pleasure to work with and his work crew was nothing less than professional. Have received many compliments on this. Looking forward now to landscaping to add the finishing touch. Would not hesitate to recommend this company! Great job guys! Thanks.

Carmen and his crew did an excellent job. My wife and I are very pleased. When I told Carmen what I wanted done he suggested modifying it slightly. His suggestion was a little more work for his crew but didn't charge me extra. He wanted to make sure that the job looked great and was done perfect. He was 100% correct and I'm glad I listen to his advise. Between the period of time his crew tore out the old drive way and paved the new one, I called him more than a few times with questions. Carmen was always polite and professional. Truly a nice guy that cares about the quality of work his crew does.

Park Paving dug up and repaved my driveway in Oct. 2011. Just a few months past the 2 year warranty period (funny how that's always the case) and my driveway developed several cracks, including a major one that extends the whole width. There was also the odd bit of grass growing through the asphalt along the driveway edge. I called them a couple times back in 2014 but they don't return phone calls. I regret ever having my driveway re-done. It doesn't look much better than before and the previous paving job had been done 20 yrs. ago. Too bad I couldn't remember the name of that company, I would have called them instead!

My son needed a brand new driveway for his newly built home in Pickering. We talked to his wife's friend about local contractors, as she was an existing resident, and he was not. She knew Vito through the school, and did not hesitate to recommend him has a fine honest individual. She also had some familiarity with his work. Well, long story short, he did a remarkable job. I have deliberately waited two years to post this review so as to be sure that the pavers have not settled or moved, and the central asphalt has not cracked up. This is one fine job, and was very reasonably priced.

Carmen was excellent! He arrived on time provided a reasonable quote. Once we had decided to go with his paving company, his crew were in here dug up the driveway and recommended it sit for a bit before paving. The job was beautiful! It has been 4 years later and our driveway is still in excellent shape! No heaving or cracks! Highly recommend Carmen and his crew.
