We replaced original north facing windows (kitchen, bathroom, office) overlooking the rear garden. We had four quotes. Pella was the second most expensive but we chose them because: Meredith Richardson (sales rep) was smart, had a designer's eye for what we needed, Pella offered black exteriors, Meredith was able to print out a quote for us during our first meeting. The windows arrived as scheduled, the install crew was excellent. The kitchen window design especially has added more light and air to our space than we'd ever imagined. We will call Pella for a new back door.

Pella did a splendid intelligent professional job installing our back sliding glass door. We reviewed all other sliding doors and this one was of the highest quality. Now it is the depths of winter and our back room is warm and cozy. I put my hand to the door and cannot feel a breeze. Pella makes wonderful products that stand the test of time and are superior to all others. They installed so fast it was amazing. Again, we have a very old house and installation can reveal unexpected trouble, but these installers had seen it all and completed the job effortlessly - in like 3 hrs. Pella is expensive but it is worth it - particularly if this is your forever house.

We thought the Pella brand represented quality. We were wrong, at least as it pertains to the Bayview branch. From Day One they botched up our window and front door installation and TWO YEARS later we have not had satisfaction with fixing our front doors. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Right from the sales guy who showed up on time and gave us a quote, to the installer, Pella executed. Price wasn't cheap, but you pay for what you get (and they often have sales and that definitely helps). The only issue I had was that we had a screen door installed over an old set of doors (to cut down on the draft) and it wasn't fitted as tightly as I had thought it could/should be. When I informed the sales guy, he told me the installer would call to come have a look at it, but he never it. It wasn't a big enough deal for me to follow-up a second time, but that's the only negative in an otherwise positive experience.

Pella windows is a very reputable professional window company based out of toronto,there windows a very easy to clean and as well very stylish, they are rather expensive ,but well worth the price.

My parents have a large pcture window in the front of their home measuring 10 ft wide by 6 ft tall. Pella di an exceptional job in installing it, including the custom trim we provided. they took great care to protect the wood floors and the surrounding furniture. the window looks great!

We decided to replace all the windows in our approx. 100 year old home. We also decided that wood windows were the best choice to be inkeeping with the character of the home and to provide the much needed improvement in energy efficiency and noise reduction. The Pella architect series was the choice for us. Bryan Currie our sales rep. was knowledgable, helpful and patient as we went through our education and ultimate purchase of the product. And the installation by Richard and Mike was exceptional. It was apparent that great care was taken in making sure that everything was perfect - they were very skilled as well as courteous and neat. Overall, it was a very positive experience - a quality product delivered by a team that clearly takes pride in their work and their company. Well done.

Came on time, provided an estimate that did not exceed our budget. Were very professional and knowledgable. Recognized limitation and competition. We were very pleased. I would definitly recommend to anyone that needs to replace high quality windows.

We found the Pella windows to be of lesser value than we originally expected. If we were to do this again, we would look for a less known name, but with better quality and value for the money. Pella's windows are approximately twice as much as their competition.

We replaced our sliding door in the kitchen 3 years ago and our front door last year. On both occasions Rob came in and gave us his honest opinion as far as selection of doors. Both times the job was complete when promised and the crew was friendly and tidy.
