We have a large cedar house, and needed to replace over 40 cedar framed windows. We found the product range and options available from Pella to be fantastic. Coupled with their warranties/guarrantees, this made our choice an easy one to make.

I had a couple of windows installed. The windows themselves are quite good quality but the problem with Pella is that they use a frame insert for their windows which means that it reduces the daylight opening of the completed window.

I have had them install my windows twice and they were great on both occasions. They were also fast and very polite to us all and we want to recommend them for potential window shoppers.

This is a top notch company, excellent product coupled with excellent installation and service. We would use Pella again without hesistation. The windows look incredible (we are in a 100 year plus home) and authentic to the era the home was built. The work crews are diligent, answer all your questions and tidy up. This was a fantastic experience for us as homeowners. The old adage you get what you pay for certainly applies here! This is quality at its best.

Workman did a very clean, neat, professional installation. They showed up on time & ended when they said they would. Sales - very accommodating, accessible, dealt with our concerns effectively. Really good knowledge & advice on the product.

We had such a wonderful experience with Pella. The person we worked with helped us with our decisions with respect to choosing the right design and colour of the windows and doors for our house. He was very attentive to our needs and to the style of house.

Pella manufactures, sells and installs windows and doors. Their products are more expensive compared to other brands. We purchased (with installation) a new bathroom window last May 2006. The product is excellent but the installation is not.The frames they put in with the window separated where they were joined. We called their attention to the problem, talked to several people,left messages but todate, the problem has not been fixed.

We updated all our windows and doors with Pella products over six years ago and they are still as good as the day they were installed. You pay for the best but it's worth every penny. The outside frames have handled the elements and still look like new. One of the cables broke when we cleaned our windows in the spring and someone came out and fixed it right away. You'll have no regrets buying Pella.
