    Replaced roof

    It took quite a while for the work to begin after paying the deposit but after it got started the crew worked full on days until it was done about six days later. Roof looks great. Excellent attention to prep, clean up, safety and everything in between. We were amazed at how difficult the work must be and how the crew ploughed right through it. We had cedar shingles replaced with asphalt and gutters. Very professional company, they have a good reputation for good reasons

    New Roof

    We are pleased with the recent reroofing of our home. The crew was courteous and efficient with the job completed within 2 days. I would recommend Penfold's if you are planning to reroof.

    Roof Replacement

    we are extremely pleased with the work done and the polite, efficient workmen. The weather was not the best but they managed to make sure the roof was secure and waterproof at all times. We also appreciated the fact that they informed us if they were leaving the property and we were given a phone number to reach them if there were any problems. We would particularly like to thank Michael for his attention to details and his help generally.

    New Roof

    Came back from holidays and Hamish from Penfolds had completely taken care of replacing my roof and gutters. My neighbors even commented to me after the fact about how meticulously the work had been done. The work is absolutely top-notch and it took place without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend both Hamish as a sales agent for Penfolds and Penfolds as roofing contractor.

    New Roof

    One more note to say how delighted we are with our new Penfolds roof. We’re reflecting this morning on three remarkable days when everything came so beautifully together. First of all, you made the schedule work to meet our demanding request. Second, I know you appointed your top team to do the job. For three exciting days we watched magic evolve, as your totally-committed people pressed on—removing old, and introducing Penfolds new to our Tsawwassen home. They knew exactly wht they were doing, did it with alacrity, great care, and good humor. Of course the weather was the best. We await the first rain, knowing that what was done in late-summer sunshine will protect us well when fall brings wind and weather. And cleanup? It reminded me of days of old when after the last number on the high trapeze was done, the circus that came into town for one night of magic, would fold its Big Top and disappear, leaving not the slightest clue that it had ever been. Similarly, your tarps were rolled, the big magnet made a sweep for any errant nails, the compressor stopped, the ladders were dismantled, and as quickly as they had arrived, the Penfolds truck and its precious cargo rolled away into what hopefully would be a restful Saturday night. Thank you Adam for being the catalyst for dramatic and exciting change. And to your team, who on Monday morning, somewhere else, will experty do it all again.

    Roofing Replacement

    High quality product, professional and efficient service. The worksite was clean and tidy at the end of the workday (we have a pet and needed to be able to access the yard, so this was important), the roofers were diligent and experienced. The sales rep was helpful and answered all our questions, without being pushy. The roof looks fabulous!

    New Roof

    I am incredibly satisfied with the job done by Penfolds. They werere professional and did a great job with replacing our 25 year old roof. We have two skylights and they replaced those as well. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend!

    Roof replaced

    Our 30 year old home had a cedar shake roof that was due to be replaced..We contacted Penfolds and Michael Schoeman came to the house. He was very helpful and explained our options. We followed his advice and were more than satisfied with the results . The crew were very professional,everything was cleaned up and the end result was a great looking roof with a full guaranty.. We would definitely recommend Penfolds to anyone who asked us

    New Roof

    Penfolds replaced our roof and skylights. The crew was very professional. The work was done on time and on budget. Clean up was great. Michael was awesome to deal with. He was very responsive and very knowledgable. We would not hesitate to refer Penfolds to anyone looking for a new roof.

    Cedar roof conversion

    Penfolds (JR and his crew) were fantastic and hope they value this! We were pleased with their quick response on a small issue and it was rectified quickly. The scope of the work (detail) was explained very well (informative/detailed) by Mike. We as consumers received 3-4 quotes from different companies- Penfolds was not the least expensive. However, the saying goes " you get what you pay for" the real value is the service along with product. We always dislike the lip service and bashing competitors which Penfolds did not do in our case. We would recommend Penfolds without hesitation as they also cleaned the property daily and cleared our gutters of any debris at the end of the job. JR and his crew worked hard long hours from 8am to 8pm (impressive).
