One of the most professional companies I have worked with. Adam came out the day we reported the leak and went with me in the attic to identify the problem. He came back a few days later with suggestions and options to replace the roof. Once agreed to the Brian, the site supervisor came to check on the job and give us a timeline. The email detailed what was going to happen and when.
Dates and times of delivery were as advertised. Then the crew of 4 arrived except it was a double crew of 11. They immediately went to work laying tarps all around the house, over the bushes, with pylons and notice boards to remind one of the work going on above.
While taking up the old shingles they found some rotten plywood. They pointed it out to us and then replaced the wood. No questions asked, they had the tools and the product so they just fixed the problem.
When the material arrived, rather than wait for the unloading, underlay was thrown up to the roof so the crew could keep working. The product was unloaded all over the roof rather than in just one place, to not overload the structure. Working all day, through every type of weather, they kept working until 7 PM.
The next day, in the rain they finished the roof. To install the sky lights 2 fellows held a tarp over the 2 fellows install the sky lights. Meanwhile, others were checking the ground for debris and filling up the waste bin.
Even the waste bin driver, after lifting the bin took out his shovel and broom and swept the drive way to pick up anything left over.
All in all, this was one of the most professional jobs Ive seen.
Penfolds should be the only company to go to for a new roof. With various roofing systems and guarantees there is a roof for everyone.
