Our screen was installed by Mike Campbell, he was very professional, and polite . The screen has been a great success, Mr Campbell thankfully explained how to fix the door if either of our dogs ran through it, which the both did on the same day it was installed!

We had our door installed by Mike Campbell who was the representative from Ontario Screen Systems Inc. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our new screen door.

Great service for ordering and installation of door. Dan Aspin was professional and completed the installation very quickly with no mess. He also arrived at specified time. Thank you very much. Note: request was made when ordering to have door installed on weekend but when installation was arranged I was informed that installations were performed Mon-Frid. Not a good thing.

We recently had Mike Campbell service our phantom screen and we could not have had a more delightful man do the work for us. Our double door screens were put in in 1994, I believe that is the year your company started, and it was only the start of last year 2011 that the screens would not roll back into the frames, and started getting holes in the screening. Obviously no complaints from us, and I have and would recommend them to anyone. One of our children has them in their home. Thanks for a great product!

Ontario Screen Systems Inc. had a large display at the Toronto Home Show, which was the important deciding factor, in my decision to install Phantom Screens on my condominium balcony doors. It was such a pleasure to meet Dan Aspin, the installer, who was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional in all respects. The installation was done extremely well, and the post-installation cleanup and demonstration was very helpful and informative. I wanted a quote for 1 screen door (single, back door) for our house; and 2 screen doors at a nearby second house (double French doors). Although we were not able to be home, GAR came by to both houses and took the required measurements (from the outside). When GAR returned to meet me (to draw up the orders), he volunteered to help us remove and take away our old storm door and suggested that, while waiting for our new screen to arrive, I paint the door frame (which I did). GAR said they would normally charge a cost to remove any old storm/screen doors; however, GAR did this for us for free. GAR also took a look at our front door Phantom Screen (installed 2 yrs ago) and placed sticky pads on the frame to minimalize the noise if the screen is accidentally let go and snapped onto the frame (causing a loud noise). As soon our order was drawn up, Gar met me at the second house to draw up the order. Thanks, GAR, for your help.
