When looking for a pool contractor we headed to Homestars to research companies and see what past clients had to say. We recognize that skill, customer service and most of all integrity is what sets companies apart. We appreciate that budget is always at the forefront of most decisions however this should not be the determining factor.
Our search for a reputable company began in the winter of 2021. We interviewed 5 reputable pool companies. Pool Craft was the only company that provided an onsite visit as part of the quote process at that time. Rick was a true gentleman; he took the time to educate us and offer his knowledge and skill to design our dream pool within budget. After this meeting we realized why Pool Craft had such positive and consistent reviews and decided this was the right company for us.
Our projected start date was May 2022. While we waited for May to come Pool Craft took care of permits, drawings and all the stresses.
Our project managers where Chris, Bobby, and Jessica (each had their own department). Theses 3 individuals are experienced, extremely hardworking, and trustworthy.
All Pool Craft crews were courteous, diligent, and meticulous. It is evident that the workers were respected by their company and a mutual relationship exists. (Just a side note: Pool Craft provided a porty potty on site for the duration of the project -1 month for their employees. That says a lot about a company that takes care of their employees).
A special thanks to the hardworking crews led by Glen, Tlyer, Brandon and Eugene these workers are relentless, working in extreme temperatures to always get the job done (stonework, grading, sodding and fencing etc.). Chris daily emails with following days projections (all targets were met on time with no issues or concerns) were very reassuring and confirmed all the positive statements on Homestars with respect to customer service/communication.
Over the past year we have come to know of a many people who have ordered pools and not one has had the positive experience we encountered. We have heard of people waiting for different sub-contractors, ongoing delays, and no communication.
After our pool was complete, Chris provided a couple of hours of pool school. This was an opportunity to educate us on the day-to-day operations, importance of pool maintenance and what to do to ensure our pool in running, safely and properly.
Thank you to everyone at Pool Craft who helped us get our dream pool and make the experience both fun and painless. I will be singing your praises to anyone who is in search of a pool company that delivers!
