    Student: Geothermal Research

    I'm a student in my fourth year studying Construction Science and Management. My fourth year requires us to do a research paper; my chosen topic is geothermal systems in the urban residential market. I contacted Prima-Air to conduct primary research on my topic, and I sat down with Joe for an hour or so. Joe was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the insight that I was looking for.

    New heat pump

    My parents had a problem with the heat in their condo unit. The heat was electric basedboard which was expensive to run and really didn't heat the apartment properly. Joe suggested that we buy a high efficiency heat pump that would give my parents more heat and reduce their high hydro bills. Planning the job was a bit tricky since we needed special approval from the condo board. Joe provided all the information to the board to help them expedite the approval process. The job was well done (overly pricey but worth it) and you guys did a fabulous job re no damages & no big clean up after.

    Boiler Repair

    I came home last night and my house was cold. With small children, I was really concerned. I found Premi-Air ClimateCare on Homestars and called. Bob answered on the second ring and had a tech over within the hour. David, the tech found the problem within 5 minutes and gave me a fixed price to replace the pump. He replaced it right away and thoroughly tested the entire system. I was so impressed that I signed up on the spot for a maintenance plan and they dropped the overtime charge. These guys are good and they know what they are doing. Thank you Bob and David!

    Winter Start Up

    They came, they saw, they fixed. Great service, kept my house clean and were very polite. I needed my furnance tuned up for this winter coming, so I called and booked a appointment, phone conversation was very insiteful and they were on time. My furnance is now running and my home feels warmer, needed to replace the filter and also had a quick vac on the inside of the furnance to remove old dirt and dust. They suggested a few upgrades and the cost, so that is something else I'll be looking into down the road to help save money. Thanks Again Guys....Great Job

    Furnace repair

    Premi Air - I have got to say, everyone from first phone contact and all interactions were amazing. The contact person Victor and others, as well as the technicians, who came to diagnose and fix the problem were really helpful and respectful of my home. I would recommend, Premi Air to anyone, who needs help with Heating Cooling or Ventilation. I am in the customer service measurement business, and This company really shines. Martin

    New Boiler and ductless Air Conditioning Units

    We had some serious work to do in our house. We had a boiler that was over 20 years old and wasn't doing the greatest job. A few of our rooms were extremely hot and in need of cooling. In my research I came up with four quotes, but was most satisfied with the detailed explanations and philosophy of Premi-Air and how this would fit into the budget and requirements of my home. The President, Joe Simon, has the authentic ability to make it seem as though he is working on his own home. In other words, he cares. It never felt as though the main purpose of my discussions with Joe was to make the sale. While he is the President of the company, he also understands the products he sells and is able to roll up his sleeves to make adjustments or look for details to make sure the installation is correct. On the day our boiler was installed, he stayed late and called in a plumber to ensure everything was safe and sound before he left for the evening. His support staff were friendly and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves and kept smiling during the July heatwave installation of our items. The items, by the way, are excellent. The combi-boiler we have works well at heating the water and, undoubtedly, will heat our house in the winter. The unit we have also takes up less space in our "furnace room". Our Fujitsu products are quiet and cool the rooms so fast. I am kind of sad that it is getting cold so we can't use them as much. Any questions you have about your heating or cooling needs will be answered by Joe and the people from Premi-Air. I am certain we have found the company who will look after our heating and cooling needs as long as we are in our house.

    New Air Conditioner and Furnace

    We decided to upgrade our heating and air conditioning this year to save energy and improve our comfort. Steve came to our house and spent almost 2 hours measuring and calculating exactly what we needed. He then explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We decided to get a 2-Stage furnace and a high efficiency air conditioner. The installation team was friendly and clean and I was really comfortable with them in my home. The system works great, we are cool and comfortable even with the extreme heat we had and our hydro bills are down. I should have done this 2 years ago! These guys are fantastic!!     Not enough cold air

    Hi our a/c was not putting out enough cool air so I decided to research whom to call.They were a little overbooked and we had to wait a week. The service was superior and we are very pleased with the results.They resolved the problem and were honest .They did not try to sell us a new system.Definitely a "Keeper" Michael Yuffa ,The Water Works Plumbing & Drain Inc. http://www/.WaterWorksCanada.com

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Wow! These guys really stand behind their work. Premi-Air installed an air conditioner for my elderly mother in May. Last week the unit stopped working at night. They were over at my mother's home within the hour and found a major component failure with the unit. Here's where they blew me away, without me even asking, they just ripped out the old unit and installed a brand new unit within 24 hours.

    Blower on furnace had stopped working.

    I called on July 7th to try to get some help for my furnace/air conditioner. The heat during that time was unbearable. I first spoke to Bob, who had me try out a few things on the furnace to see if I could get it working. It didn't work. He sent Pritesh out in the afternoon to try to locate the problem. He did find that the blower was not working. Pritesh managed to start the motor manually so that we could get some cooling. He came by the next day with David and installed the new motor. We are extremely thankful to have had this problem identified and fixed so quickly. Many thanks to Bob who called in the evening because he knew I was upset that they couldn't order the part that day - order department was closed - to let me know that it would all be taken care of the next day.
