Last week, I had an issue with my toilet, and Greg from Priority Plumbing came to the rescue. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were clear. He fixed the problem quickly and even offered some helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend him!

Kyle from Priority Plumbing was able to identify and solve a major plumbing problem that two other companies, who had been paid, had failed to do. He answered clearly any questions we had and in terms we understood. Care was always taken when entering our home and work area was always left clean. Appreciated greatly the calls sent 20 minutes before arrival - no waiting around. Kyle is very passionate about his profession, extremely knowledgeable, amiable and patient. Kyle will always be our go-to guy for any plumbing issues in the future!!

Brian did an excellent job repairing our shower in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and kind throughout the entire process. His expertise and attention to detail really stood out, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The hot water into the bath tub had suddenly shrunk to a dribble. Cole explained what the problem was, offered a range of solutions we could choose from, all carefully priced, and fixed it. He also noticed that the silicone seals in the shower had degraded, and replaced them. Finally, he fixed the flushing mechanism in the powder room. Throughout, he was courteous, helpful, and capable. We were also very pleased with the back office, which kept us updated about the technician's expected arrival.

I recently had them install a new water heater, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Their team arrived on time, completed the installation with precision, and left the area clean. I'm grateful for their professionalism and excellent work.

Greg was great. He was really nice and explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions. Gave me multiple options for how to repair or replace the leaking pipe and once I decided what I wanted, got it done very quickly. Would recommend to anyone.
