    Inspection visit

    A very useful and informative visit carried out by two courteous and expert tradespeople. The regular checkups that Priority Plumbing provides are so valuable for keeping the plumbing in good order.

    Kitchen faucet and toilet interior replacement

    First off, I'm so glad both Matthew and Dave arrived at my place early so that my entire day was not spent waiting. Both guys were very knowledgeable, approachable and did an excellent job. It's great that both my kitchen and bathroom are fully functioning now. Am I a satisfied customer? DEFINITELY.

    Kitchen faucet repair

    Greg from Priority Plumbing was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful with advice regarding future upgrades. He arrived promptly, did the repair quickly and efficiently, and explained the process as he went along. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Priority Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

    Clogged Drain

    Kyle was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and solved the problem of clearing a tough drain. The reason I did not provide a 10/10 rating is because of pricing. This has nothing to do with Kyle's work but rather his company. Definitely on the high end. He had to use a special snake to do the job which he had to leave the job site to get. However, I still think $1000 to clear a drain is very high. Once he had the right snake, it took about 15 minutes to unclog the drain. I'd hire Kyle again but not through this company.

    Clogged basement washing tub drain.

    We're very happy with the work that Mathew did for us. I'd be much happier with a better itemization of the bill as it's very hard to understand. While the services were listed there was no separate price for each one. Tina

    Toilet repair.

    I am always confident that the work will be done professionally and competently when I call Priority Plumbing. And I was not disappointed. The technician today, Greg, was extremely thorough in explaining all possible options. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He was also training at the same time, and I was very impressed with his attention to every detail in his work, and his comprehensive explanations to his trainee. We discussed other concerns beyond the job completed today, and Greg was extremely knowledgeable in all areas discussed. I was very impressed. I hope to see him again in the spring to follow up in my concerns.

    Radiator Leak Inspection

    Matt was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. He was able to answer all questions as well as provide peace of mind and a number of options on how to proceed. Having alleviated immediate concerns – I look forward to working with Matt - or others from Priority Plumbing - in the near future when we are ready to move forward with work.

    Emergency Plumbing

    During a very cold winter day (-25 without wind chill) a pipe burst and flooded my kitchen and basement. We received quick emergency service that allowed for us to turn our water back on by the next day. The service was knowledgeable and quick. He kept myself and the kids updated on each step. Great service and educational for the kids!

    Friendly staff

    I heard about priority plumbing from a friend. And I used them three times. They are Knowledgeable and can diagnose and fixed the problem immediately very effective and efficient service
