I’d like to give a 5 star rate to this company mainly because Adam the field service technician was really nice and he actually did a good job. 5 star rate means flawless to me. After I contacted Priority based on their extremely good reviews, a series of emails, text messages and phone calls went back and forth to coordinate my availability at home, as well as confirmations, re-confirmations, calendar requests, “like” requests on social media, biographies of the team involved, etc., etc., etc. I was scheduled to have the technician between 8am and 1pm. Around noon of the same service day I received another phone call advising me that there was a delay and if I would like to re-schedule my service call for another date, which was not possible. I had taken the day off and cancelled a lunch meeting. At 2.15 the technician arrived, and he left at 3.15. He replaced a broken fill valve of crane toilet with a $16 quality toilet fill valve ultra quiet “sleep right” and put a section of plastic pipe under kitchen piping for support. Price tag: $421.26 plus hst is $476.02, with a note that says “potential savings $0-32” LOL. True, I agreed on the price because I wanted to get over with this, but I think it is very expensive for a one hour gig.
