Pipe burst on Sunday morning. Put a call in to Roto Rooter and well under 2 hours later, Luke was actually leaving my house having fixed the problem. He was extremely fast and exceptionally friendly. He also gave advice on how to stop the issue occurring again. Pricing was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to call and request Luke again

We had trouble with our drains...had a blockage somewhere. Luke came today and within 2 hrs it was cleared. He was friendly, pleasant, informative and knew his stuff. Would recommend him highly!

We had 2 sinks and 1 bathtub where water was not going down smoothly. I heard about Roto-Rooter from my father-in-law, who used them recently. Keith from Roto-Rooter provided excellent customer service today! He was quick, efficient, and courteous. He assessed that there was a build up in 3 of the drains and he cleaned them out in no time. The total time he took to do everything was less than 1 hour! He also explained the causes for the build up so that I could understand what had happened. I would definitely recommend Keith and this business to other customers. Thanks, Keith!

During the extreme cold we had a pipe burst that needed an emergency repair done. I called Roto-Rooter and phone operator was very helpful and told me someone would get back to me shortly. Considering how busy the plumbing companies were during the cold spell, I didn't believe her. Sure enough, within an hour someone called and later showed up on my doorstep in less than 2 hours. The technician, Bob K., was very friendly and quickly fixed the problem and provided lots of advice to prevent a re-occurrence. They didn't overcharge like others in this industry. I was extremely happy with the service and will only ever call Roto-Rooter in the future.

Had both sinks upstairs clog up. Dewayne (polite and professional) arrived on the scene within two hours of us calling on Boxing Day. Problem was quickly and effectively resolved. Thank you Dewayne.

We had a flood from a broken pipe and Roto Rooter sent someone to our home in record time. The company called to give advice while we waited for the plumber. They put us on a high priority list. Luke was amazing and provided really great service. He was efficient and honest. I would highly recommend Luke and this company.

Mike K. came to the house right on time. Assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do. He had to take off the toilet to remove the blockage(broken toilet brush) and did so with little mess

The Kitchen sink was plugged and backed up into the tub. Mike K. snaked it but plugged again. Recommended replace 75 year old cast iron with plastic and new pipes under the sink. We also wanted new taps and shutoffs. Mike K and Edward were available the next morning and the work was completed in a few hours. They are a great team, courteous, polite, very experienced and neat & tidy. Will call for them when we need plumbing repairs.

We had a young fellow named Dewayne show up within 20 minutes of our call. He installed a new on/off valve on the water main then waited for the city to turn water on again to ensure the solder hekd. He did a few quick repairs and all was well. A really lovely guy who I would gladly recommend!

I am happy to have Mike K service our problem. Mike was very thorough on the job and was willing to explore various options to solve our problem. I recommend Mike K without reservations and will ask for him again the ext time we have another sink drainage problem.
