My drain backed up while we were getting our Christmas dinner ready. The next day we were having 15 people over for Christmas. A plumber showed up at our house at 6:30pm to save us. He was very nice. He came to our house to help us, on his way home to his family for Christmas. No attitude what so ever. He was so kind and caring....

Had an emergency - flood in basement during the middle of the night on a weekend. Chris C. Came out as soon as he was called. He fixed the problem, was very informative, helpful and professional.

We were very pleased with Roto-rooter. They were fast efficient and all those we spoke with were friendly. Kyle in particular did a great job, explaining every step with a smile!

VERY IMPRESSED - THEY CAME IN 1 HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN (MIKE) WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT - CLEANED UP THE MESS AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO CLEAN THE DRAIN WEEKLY AND EVEN LEFT THE ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY DRAIN CLEANER TO DO IT WITH. HE SAID THIS IS PART OF THEIR SERVICE.

I was installing a new dishwasher and the old water supply didn't fit. After dispatch mixed up the appointment time (but dealt with it cheerfully and quickly), Kyle K from Roto-Rooter came and was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the job quickly and left it tidy. I would highly recommend this company and him in particular.

I had a problem with connecting plumbing of two toilets, a bath and sinks that seemed to be clogged. Christopher came out quickly, took all the time he needed to diagnose the problem, explained it to me thoroughly and then fixed it. He was clean, professional and helpful - even giving me advice about what the best kind of toilet replacement would be. He also offered to check my septic tank as well and gave me valuable information about that. He made sure I understood what the complication was (a T instead of a Y connection) and how to avoid problems in future. He was outstanding and I would request him coming out if I need other plumbing services. Thank you Christopher.

Trevor and his staff handled this emergency project in a most professional and prompt manner. They were on time, worked fast and cleaned up after the installation. Trevor was very knowledgeable, explained everything, obtained the city work permit, arranged the inspector and assisted with the final paperwork for the grant. I highly recommend this company.

Called Roto Rooter and they sent a technician named Ravi Patel. He was amazing, walked me through everything with full explanation and fixed the problem that another plumbing company was quoting thousands of dollars.
