We've wanted/needed to fully replace the deck at our house as it was approaching 30 years old and )was just too much to maintain any further. We decided to go with composite material made by a local company after our meetings with Miro who came to discuss our project in early March. Then Covid hit, so naturally much of the economy and businesses came to a screaching halt. But work began in July, and the crew who came were a great bunch of guys. You couldn't have asked for a more hard working and polite crew. We were always kept informed of any delays in material delivery, and any problems that came up (ie a bad batch of cracked support beams) were remedied within mere days. Considering everything that Covid did to the industry, it didn't stop Royal Decks from coming up with solutions. It was obvious from the start of construction that these guys were VERY meticulous in their workmanship, and took pride in their work. No small detail was overlooked. Top marks to this crew (I feel bad that their names escape me at the moment) for their friendly demeanor and for leaving the work space clear and safe at the end of each day, knowing that our 3 kids would be playing outside in the yard. Here is our family enjoying a socially distanced meal on our finished deck!

From start to finish, Royal Decks was a pleasure to work with completing our new PVC deck this summer. Miro was very insightful with the different options we were considering which helped us make a confident decision with our plan. He was also able to accommodate the work much earlier than anticipated which was a huge bonus. Miro, Steve, and Anita were always available and prompt to answer any questions we had, so we really appreciated the ease of communication during the whole process. Royal Decks clearly takes pride in every detail of the work they do and the quality really shows. We can’t wait until next summer to take full advantage our new deck!

Royal Decks delivered a professional and stunning finished product that exceeded the original design. The pandemic brought timeline issues that they were able to navigate, allowing us to still enjoy the new composite deck and stonework while waiting for the back orders on product to arrive. Steve and his experience as a carpenter allowed the construction to flow and was able to navigate the trickier parts of putting a brand new deck on an older home. Highly recommended.

Excellent crew and customer service new deck done well and on time. Very respectful of our tenant who needed to get in and out safely. We were able to pick the composite that we wanted and they worked out design with our budget in mind. We have no worries recommending Royal Decks...

We needed to replace a 35 year old deck. Royal Decks gave us exactly what we were looking for. They were very professional with strong organizational systems. The Project Manager (Steve) did a great job focussing on timeline and quality. Very pleased that we picked Royal Decks for this project.

We hired Royal Decks to redo our deck and patio in December 2019. From the beginning to finish Miro and his crew (both deck and landscaping) were extremely professional, hardworking and efficient. Miro was very helpful and patient with the design phase as we went over the layout of the backyard several times. He was also responsible for getting the permit for us from the City of Mississauga, that went without a glitch. Work began in February and completed in mid-May. We are very pleased with the result. It was definitely worth the wait! We love the look of our new backyard--from the deck, the patio space to our new garden and even a special little area for the bird feeder. "Royal Decks did a great job!", this is what the City inspector said after his final inspection of the deck, and we totally agree. Thank you Miro, Steve and Chris for all your excellent work!

Last summer, my wife and I decided to redo our backyard deck as well as patio and stonework in our backyard and along the side of our house. We spent some time comparing companies online and received some in-person estimates. In the end we settled on Royal Decks. Miro was patient, calm and understanding. He answered all of our questions and made good suggestions. He made us feel comfortable and confident in his plan. After much research and debate about the deck materials (composite vs wood vs PVC) we decided on PVC decking. Our decisions were based largely on durability and stability of the materials, with an eye toward aesthetics and level of maintenance. Miro also helped us select the various stone materials to be used for the patio portion of the project, which helped make our life easier. Throughout the whole process, Miro was patiently receptive to all our questions and last-minute changes of mind. The work was started in mid-fall and, working around weather limitations, the crew finished in early winter. First the stonework was laid and landscaping was done. Chris and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, with Chris providing suggestions where he thought it warranted. We took his advice more often than not, and were rewarded with a great landscaping job, including a re-leveling of the entire backyard, which created a new functional space for us.  Next, our old deck was torn down in less than a day. Once the new deck was started, it took about three weeks to complete. Steve, Pat and Ron put their heads down and worked, no matter how cold or dark it was outside. Friendly and approachable, they patiently answered our many questions and took our suggestions. Many of our neighbours have complimented us on our beautiful new deck.  Very thorough and conscientious work by all. We are quite happy with the end result. The job was not cheap, but nonetheless, I would highly recommend Royal Decks to anyone looking for a team that does excellent work with an excellent attitude.

Amazing work by Miro and his team! I had a two tier PVC deck built around my hot tub and it turned out amazing. Team was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Miro, Chris, Steve and the rest of the crew were great. The craftsmanship and level of detail was top notch. They made suggestions whenever any unexpected issues arose and our neighbour even commented on how much they knew after speaking with them. One thing I’d like to point out for anyone getting a permit in Misssissauga is that you should be prepared to wait and potentially deal with multiple re-submissions. We are really happy with the outcome and have used our back yard more in the past 2 months than we had the previously year.
