Long term problem with deck roof leaking into to below bedroom. Finally found a professional firm that would give it the attention needed. Following a careful inspection, the team gave a quote (not the cheapest) to do a complete job. You get what you pay for. Job was done when scheduled, on time, and thorough workmanship. Would recommend this company again.

I've been dealing with Servisol for a long time,when they were in Forest Hill village. Whenever I need anything to be done to my suite, I call them and as usual they do a great job, very punctual, and always they give the best advice & price. I renovate our 3 suites and I was dealing with Bruce, and he was the best contractor I've ever known in my life. N.Nasser

Shortly after taking possession of our new home we arranged a new roof with the Servisol team. As the years have passed we did not hesitate to call them in when we needed new windows and doors for the complete house and also to completely renovate two bathrooms. The service is professional, reliable, competitive and their personable team members are a pleasure to have in ones home !!

We hired Servisol again (they had previously done an outstanding job renovating our basement and downstairs washroom) for 2 projects: a replacement of our kitchen backsplash and the removal and repaving of our front walkway. The backsplash project included removing the existing tile repairing the plaster underneath, tiling, and painting the surrounding area. As we have an old house (and therefore nothing is flush or straight!) it was a job that required precision workmanship to ensure a good end result. That result was definitely achieved! The area was kept clean throughout the process, the work was done as specified, on budget, and the result is great. The other project - the removal and repaving of our old, crumbling front walkway - was a big job. We were happily surprised when it was done in just 2 days! The walkway was broken up without damaging any of the surrounding structures and by the next day, the concrete was poured! They even returned after a few days to clean up the driveway where the bin had been and fill in a small space between the walkway and the neighbour's lawn with soil. The result is a clean, even, and level walkway.

Dealing with Bruce was a real pleasure. He was honest and forthright throughout our renovation and we never felt like we were being pressured or misled. We were also very pleased with the quality of the work. The project was completed in a timely way and there were no significant, unexpected costs. Thanks for everything Bruce!

Servisol custom-ordered and installed new kitchen cabinet doors and handles for us, and such an inexpensive change drastically updated the whole room. All of a sudden we have a modern kitchen! Servisol was amazing - not only was their price great [for custom work!], but everything was installed perfectly, and on time. I'm a perfectionist, and I have recommended Servisol to many friends.

We have a small bathroom on our main floor that I had gutted down to the studs and which needed to be rebuilt. There was some fairly extensive plumbing work, minor electrical and all the rest that goes into a bathroom rebuild. Bruce answered our call for a quote promptly and showed up on time for the appointment. His quote was the most comprehensive and detailed of all that we received and although not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive either. In this case you do get what you pay for, I do not have one criticism of the work that was done and the materials that they quote on are of good quality. Shaun (who did the actual work on the room) was excellent, his attention to detail is impeccable and he made sure that we were happy with his work all the way through, plus he is a hell of a nice guy. The work was done in just over 2 weeks and we are very happy with the final result and I know it will all be in one piece for many years to come. Bruce is very amicable and at the mention (after the original quote) that we may add a second storey at some stage, quickly adapted the work to allow for this. He also allowed for some other minor modifications we requested along the way without kicking up a fuss. The only thing I did wish he had done was keep us up to date on what the 'extras' on the job were and how much they would be. Although the final bill was not frighteningly different to the original, it just would have been nice to be aware. Overall highly recommended and a pleasant experience.

We used servicol to renovate out upstairs bathroom as well as a gut of our basement. Both projects worked out very well. The timeline was followed, no surprises on costs, and the we were very happy with the work.
