I have been a satisfied customer of Servisol for 20 years using them for small jobs as well as major renovations. Everything has been done beautifully. I have no hesitation leaving their workmen alone in my home. Their estimates and work are always quick, on budget and done withou any hassles. I have complete trust in this company.

Bruce and his amazing staff renovated our downstairs. Last year they removed our kitchen wall and updated our counter top and backsplash. This year they installed a polished porcelain floor and our living space looks amazing. Bruce's staff were courteous, quick and very professional. I was so pleased with the work that they did. Our condo looks great, a lovely open space with lots of light. I would highly recommend Servisol to any of my friends.

Servisol was superb. The complete renovation went smoothly, all time lines, budgets and specifications were met. Anytime i needed to discuss the project Bruce was available or returned my call quickly. The trades were efficient and meticulous to detail. They also kept the workspace clean. As I am an interior decorator, meeting all my requirements is top priority and I would be happy to refer them to any upcoming jobs.

Sean the carpenter and lead hand on the project was a true craftsman who took pride in his work and maintained a positive and jovial attitude throughout. Johnny the painter was cut from the same cloth and demanded perfection from his efforts while providing entertaining stories about his many years in the business. Mohamed the electrician completed his tasks in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.Together they made our renovation experience a positive one.

All of the Servisol trades were terrific; they (Mohamed, the electrican - Dave, the stonemason - Roger, the handyman) were professional, pleasant and helpful - they were each very patient and welcomed my suggestions - The work was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend Servisol!

We were extremely thrilled to have our basement transformed from old & run down into a bright, elegant & open concept space. Some unexpected challenges came up during the renovations. These were resolved by knowledgeable recommendations & efficient scheduling of the tradespersons. Bruce was consistently honest, respectful & a pleasure to work with. Bruce Maisels and his staff at Servisol are fantastic! When Bruce came to our home to look at the jobs we wanted done, he provided us with a written, comprehensive and detailed estimate and the prices he quoted were both reasonable and competitive. During our discussion regarding the renovations, the advice and guidance given to us by Bruce was excellent. We were most impressed by his extensive knowledge and his many years of experience. Experienced tradespeople from Servisol, laid down ceramic tile in our hallway and kitchen, installed two toilets, replaced the upstairs shower doors, bathroom cupboard doors, cabinet doors and drawer fronts, with excellent, high quality matching products. All the work done and the materials supplied were top notch quality. The Servisol tradespeople were always very friendly and professional. They always cleaned up the work area after they finished for the day. All the work was started and completed on schedule and within budget. Servisol remodeled a basement bathroom for us, and we are extremely pleased with the results. We wanted the room fully tiled and purchased tiles that ended up complicating the job, because of their weight and lack of uniformity. Sean came up with a solution for their installation and worked very carefully to produce a beautiful look. We appreciated the great care he took with all aspects of the job. He also does lovely fine carpentry and constructed a built-in cabinet for the bathroom and an oak threshold for our front entrance. We were pleased as well with the very professional work of the plumbers, painter, and electrician. The work was done efficiently and on budget. Servisol also diagnosed the cause of a leak in our second floor bathroom and came up with a low-cost solution. Bruce is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. We would happily recommend Servisol to friends.
