    purchased queen mattress and spring

The young woman who assisted me in this purchase was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my many questions and gave me a detailed comparison of the many choices in the store. She made me feel that I was being given information so that I could make an informed decision...........rather than giving me a sales pitch.

    Twin Mattress

We have purchased two mattresses with Sleep Country Canada in the last year and a half. A queen for our Guest room and a twin mattress for our son. We were very happy with the customer service. Helpful and informative without being pushy.

    Mattress Purchase

Looking for a mattress to replace our old one. Heard good things about this store so decided to take a look. Huge selection of mattresses. Salesperson was patient in letting us try out many different mattresses and addressed all our health and physical needs. After looking around at a few other stores, we decided to go back to Sleep Country and make our purchase there. Delivery was quick and efficient.

    mattresses

Through the years we have purchased 4 mattress sets from this company, 3 sets from this location. Prompt delivery (no charge), set up bed frame (no charge) and removal of old mattresses ($10.). The sets we bought are very good quality mattresses, comfortable and last for years.

    Mattress - warranty replacement

We bought a mattress from sleep country and after about 5 years had a body impression on one side that went beyond what it should. We called sleep country about it and were informed we still had warranty protection. It was a bit of a lengthy process as we had to use our cleaning protection plan first to have it cleaned, which was one claim process, then submit the claim for warranty. However, the cleaning company was professional and did a good job and once the mattress was approved for replacement it was VERY fast. They told us what the recommended replacement would be and suggested we go to a store to try it out. If we didn't like it, we would get the money we originally paid to use as a credit to any mattress we wanted. The new mattress was delivered right away and they took away the old one. All free of charge.

    King size bed

Purchsed a new king size bed for our new home and it is true luxury. Sales rep at the store assisted in fnding the correct bed for our comfort level and arranged for a delivery date that was convenient. Delivery was good and the staff wore thier slippers to protect our flooring. All the bed components were assembled by the delivery staff and they were very careful.

    Mattress

When I first moved into my apartment, I had to buy a mattress as soon as possible. Sleep Country was perfect as it was so close. The mattress that I bought is amazingly comfortable and is worth the price. I bought a queen size as I thought double would not be enough. Everyday I look forward to sleeping on that mattress. They were also able to ship the mattress on the same day which was just perfect.

    Mattress Purchase

Had a great experience start to finish with Sleep Country on Queen Street a couple of years ago when we purchased a bed. Excellent product. When we recently needed a new mattress for another bed of course we went back there right away. Same great customer service experience from Shyam's cheerful greeting when we entered the store, to his no-pressure, knowledgeable and professional assistance, to the booking, confirmation of and the delivery itself (on time, no hassle, friendly and personable guy). Even the warehouse staff were pleasant and helpful when I called on delivery day with a question to relay to the driver. Top quality mattress, too, first night was very comfortable and looking forward to more! Thanks Sleep Country, we'll be back again for sure!

    Warranty issue

After reading some of the reviews on this site I was really hesitant about filing a warranty claim with Sleep Country I thought I would be wasting my time or get a run around. But they did not give me a hard time at all! I purchased the anjou serta euro top mattress in Aug. 2007 and last spring I started to notice sagging in the mattress where our hips are in the mattress. But when I measured the impressions they were a little less than 1 1/2`` so I left it for awhile. About two weeks ago I started feeling really uncomfortable in the bed like I was sinking more than before, so I measured it again this time the body impressions were about 2`` . So I called the store where I purchased the bed originally, I explained the problem and she told me I should make a claim and gave me the number for the warranty priority. When I called I did have to email someone I forget where it was because we had moved since I purchased the bed and they needed to update the new address. Fine. Two days later the warranty place called and said they would send me an email with a link, just click on the link and follow the instructions. So I filled out the questionaire, took some pictures and sent it off. The next day Aundrey called and said they needed one more picture with the broom handle vertically on the bed showing the measured gap, so I sent that off. The next day I called them to make sure they got the other picture requested, Yes they did recieve it but the girl I spoke with said that the sleep country only asks this information on behalf of the manufactuer and the manufactuer would need to see the broom handle at one more angle as the hump that was in the middle of the mattress made the broom handle appear to be floating. So ok, I took one more picture as she instructed. The next morning I recieved an email from the priority warranty that my claim was APPROVED. And someone would call in 24-48 hrs. to explain how to make the exchange. Someone did call that afternoon but I was not there. So I called them back the next day and spoke with Marilyn she gave me a validation number, told me to go to a sleep country store and have a look at the mattress that was comparable to my old one. I thought to myself ok, things are going too smoothly here. Maybe someone at the store would give me a hard time...Nope. I went to the guelph store and spoke with Doug and Barb, they were both friendly and curtious. They told us to take our time. They didn`t pressure us to spend money on anything. They explained that because we still have 4 yrs and 7mo. left on the warranty that even if we had a problem with the new mattress we could exchange that one as well, as long as we fit the manufactuers rules no stains, and if we had the same problem with body impressions they had to be more than 1 1/2``. I mentioned this website to them and they said they are aware of it and they feel alittle frustrated that people feel it is sleep country that make people go through all of these proceedures to prove there is a defect. When infact it is information that the manufacturer is requesting and sleep country is acting on their behalf. And just to let people know I do not work for sleep country, and I would definately refer them to anyone looking for a new bed.
