Terrible mattress. Although we were there for another brand, we were convinced by the staff to purchase their superior "in-house brand" and that was a huge mistake on our part. The mattress was extremely saggy and caused terrible back pain. We were told that our warranty was void as we did not purchase their bed frame (our bed came complete with one, and no one told us at at the time that not purchasing their bed frame would void the warranty). Needless to say, it was a hard and expensive lesson learned, and we had to throw out the mattress and buy again -not from Sleep Country, of course. Please do your research and avoid their house brands.

Needed to get a new queen size mattress and pillow as I have had lower back and neck problems as of recent. These guys really know their stuff and my sleep has really improved. The pillow is great!

Friendly and helpful staff that really did help me get the best deal on the mattress that I wanted. Delivery staff were punctual and friendly. No complaints, have used them before and will use them again.

Mattress is sagging terribly after 6 months. I took a photo to the Broadway store where I bought it. People there said it clearly looked like a defect, and gave me the customer service number. Said there would be no problem, and I didn't even have to buy the same brand. "Just sleep on it one more night and we'll take care of it" Hah! Customer service are nothing but well trianed excuse making @#%&%#. Looks like I'll be tossing it out and buying over. ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!. Don't buy Sleep Country! Ever!

Four years ago I purchased a Simmons Beatyrest from Sleep Country in Ottawa. The salesman asked if I needed a bed frame but I declined because I allready had one. After about 3 years I started having back pains and noticed a slight sag in matress. Finally after a year of agony I decided to purchase another bed knowing the sag was not enough to go through the warranty. When I went to remove my old bed to be replaced by the new one, the wood on the box spring was broken which probably caused the sag in the matress. I called sleep country and they assured me there shouldn't be a problem with replacing/repairing the box spring. He gave me a number to call for the warranty. They told me my warranty was void because I didn't have a center support beem for my Double bed which was needed for Simmons Beatyrest. I tried telling them that this was never mentioned to me and I would have purchased one if I new. She told me that it states that in the Warranty booklet which I also never received. This was a loosing battle so I called back sleep country and told him what happened. He had no idea a center support beam was needed for any Double bed. He said he would look into it and get back to me within the week. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting. What upsets me the most is that I just purchased a new bed from them . If there was any way to return it I would.Like most places I guess, once they have your money, they don't give a damn. I do not reccommend Sleep Country.

Without a doubt - worst customer experience ever. We ordered the bed 6 weeks in advance - we were moving into a new house while leaving our condo staged to sell - so literally we had nothing else to sleep on. The day of delivery, the King mattress came with a half of a box spring. Can't put a mattress on that. We had nothing to sleep on for 3 nights. Finally when it came with 2 box springs - they weren't the right ones. Sleep Country came to my house in the rain 3 times to deliver something they should have gotten right, the first time. The salesperson, John (after he got our 4000K) has been rude, abusive and an absolute bully. I'm shocked that Sleep Country allows this type of behaviour. Just shocked and horrified. Stay away from the Leslie and York Mills location.

I purchased a mattress at Sleep Country and got awesome service. The sales associate explained the different types of mattresses and waited patiently while my sister and I decided which one we wanted. The mattress was delivered to my home in great condition! Overall a happy customer.

Do not buy your dream mattress from Sleep Country!!! I've been through hell with them after I purchased a king size mattress and, they tried to deliver me a queen size mattress instead and, accusing me of miscommunication with the sales person; the same sales person who doesn't have any idea about materials and professionalism .When I confronted them with their error, one of their regional sales managers tried to convince me that I should pay more than the initial sales price in order get the king size mattress just because was an error made by his employee. On top of that, when I asked for full refund, one of the sales managers (btw...all there, are calling themselves ...Managers! Seriously??? When did they check the last time the English Dictionary for the word ‘’Manager’’) threatened me with the cops like I was a prank or something like that only because I dear to ask my money back. After this hell of experience with them, I came down to the conclusion that everything is a new type of scam, trying to squeeze more money from the people’s pockets and, delivering neither the product nor service. Their entire propaganda is a scam and, therefore, stay away from Sleep Country stores!!!

Great mattresses. All very comfortable and wide selection to suit your needs. Sales is a hit or miss. Some are pushy some are helpful. In a previous visit, the sales person was pushing me to buy a used box so that the total cost is lower but at another store, they offered me a new box for the same total price.

Bought a nice sealy mattress this past week. The sales were very helpful in the store, didn't mind me trying every single mattress they had. Did not get annoyed that I was asking all these questions about coils and materials. They were generally very helpful in aiding me with my mattress search. In terms of shipping the mattress to my house, they were very willing to accommodate for my schedule. I can't take days off work to wait for a mattress to come in, they arranged for delivery people to give me notifications closer to the time that they would arrive so that I could slip out of work for a bit to let them deliver in the mattress. I am excited to sleep on this new mattress!
