    New Mattress

We were very pleased with the service we received at the store. We wanted to upgrade from a Double to a Queen mattress and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He also gave us a great deal. We wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again.

    Queen Size Pillow-Top Mattress

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress for a reasonable price but still good quality. After shopping at several stores, both big franchises and local smaller discount companies, we went to Sleep Country Canada and ended up finding "the one." We purchased their Rest Well pillow-top model for a special low price of only $688. When we told the salesman that we were going to think about it, he agreed to knock off the taxes for us. We bought the mattress on the spot! The service was fantastic - both honest and friendly - and we appreciated the free and fast delivery. We also paid an extra $10 for the delivery men to remove our old mattress, which was a very convenient service for us! I would highly recommend shopping at Sleep Country Canada. They are more than willing to go that extra mile to get you the mattress you're looking for, and at the price you can afford.

    Matresses/Pillows...Sleep Gear!

Great store that prices competitively with other retailers and always wins... they have the lowest price guarentee! Sales people in the stores are always helpful in finding what you need. Thanks!

    Purchased mattress

Purchased one year ago, mattress springs already wearing out very uncomfortable causing back and shoulder pain. Attempts at after sale service have been very frustrating. The rep never returned phone calls and in the end never showed up to inspect the mattress. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, unprofessional and no after sale service, warranty useless.

    tempurpedic matteress

my wife and I decide that it was time to get a really good bed. We went down to the local sleep country and looked around. A nice fellow approached us and took us through the benefits of the products. I am a carpenter?builder and work hard a lot. I really wanted a bed that I would get a deep, rejuvenating sleep so I could wake up refreshed and work hard. I asked for a moderately firm mattress with good support. The salesman pointed out the celebrity by tempurpedic, It would be an excellent choice I was told. My wife felt it was too expensive but if I could work harder it would pay for itself. Well the clincher was the no interest credit. I applied and got it and they would deliver my new sleeping dream (that cost as much as some cars I have had). The first 4-6 months were good, very good I think (it is hard to remember now) after 6 months I noticed that my back was sore in the morning. I told my wife and she said her was also sore. we turned the mattress around and it heeled for about a week. we tried sleeping sideways and it work for a while too. I decided to stop in and talk to the guys at sleep country. They told me that sleep country would send someone out. Well someone came, he measured the flatness of the bed. checked the specs and told me it was "borderline"? WTF does that mean? yep that means that they will do nothing. well its about a year and a half now and I can hardly sleep on the bed. the couch is more comfortable. I am still paying $200 a month for a bed I hate and that is really hard to do. I have called sleep country and they will not help. tempurpedic says that from what the gentleman that came to my house and checked my bed told them nothing is wrong with the bed. Well I am here to tell anyone that reads this that Tempurpedic beds are terrible. the foam gets soft and has no support. Both my wife and I are having the same problems so it id not just me. Sleep country got my $5000 and then blew me off. there gauruntees and all that are hot air. Once they have your money they don't give a crap about customer service. unfortunately I found a lot of other reviews with the same problems after I had purchased the bed. It seems that many people have had the exact experience with both sleep country and tempurpedic. Do yourself a favour if you are buying a bed. Go to a LOCAL company that would not dare to rip you off. also don't fall for the NASA crap tempurpedic swedish mattresses are crap, really rally expensive crap.

    Refund

Never. Buy Sleep Country. Ever. Over a month ago, I put a deposit on a mattress for $266. A day later, after reading reviews, I changed my mind on the purchase. It has been nothing short of a nightmare getting a refund processed in a timely fashion. Will report Sleep Country now to my credit card to dispute the funds since I never received mattress nor have received a credit back. Terrible company. Bad customer service.

    Beds

Great service, great value. My experience has been outstanding. Have bought 4 beds there so far, over the last five years. When we sold our home, the beds went with the house when it sold. The only place I will buy a bed fromi is Sleep Country. And no, I don't work for Sleep Country!

    Mattress

We have purchased all our mattresses from Sleep Country. We were delighted with the variety of selections, the great knowledge and the friendly service. Having a donating service when the mattress is still clean and acceptable is anopther great service. A Great company where service does matter.

Bought a Queen size matress and box spring...

Considering we just wanted to buy, what I thought was a simple product, a matress....the sales pressure was a bit too much. Like I said I wanted a matress...but no, sales guy kept talking about a "sleep system". What does that even mean? The matress itself is fine, cost was competitive and delivery was on time. However the hard sales on such a simple item seemed unwarnted. JMHO, maybe others put far more emotion into thier "sleep systems"
