We purchased a sleep number mattress from representative Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right product for our individual needs. Sharing a bed with two different physical limitations was a challenge & we are extremely happy with the choice of individual controls - we both get a remote! Delivery was on time & set up clean& professional. Will definitely refer your business!

We purchased a mattress but were renovating our bedroom so we didn't unwrap and install the mattress for 6 months. When we finally did, we noticed a small hole on the side. An inspector came by and said that it was clearly a "drag" mark, caused by the delivery people. We received a replacement without any problem at all.

We purchased a quality queen size bed. Within 3 years it had lost all support- leading to back problems. We had someone from the company come to check it out under the warranty, and he said that the company wouldn't do anything for us, even though the bed had settling problems.

I appreciate their after service. When they couldn't deliver the mattress on time, they sent us a new mattress to replace it temporarily, unlike the other companies, which make you wait for 2-3 months.

My wife purchased a new king-sized mattress from Sleep Country. We found the new bed to be uncomfortable and returned to the store 5 weeks later. The staff stayed late to help us select a new mattress and we a full credit for our purchase price against the cost of the new bed.

The store had a number of memory foam mattresses to try out in person. My wife and I selected the one we liked best. The salesman was very helpful, we negotiated a excellent sale price, and the mattress came with fast delivery. Good experience and would recommend again.

Once they have your money and have sold you on the product they really don't care how you feel or any issues that you may have. My mother is still trying to have a deffect mattress replaced and they keep telling her that its damaged but not damaged enough and to keep calling them every six months to complain. Because you can only complain once every six months. Insane.

The comfortable showroom is near our home and while the price was certainly "full price," we felt we got great service, great advice, and no hassle delivery. The tendency for mattress stores to sell softer mattresses does baffle me a bit. We bought the firmest one available and yet it doesn't feel rock hard or anything like that. One downside was that the "free" mattress cover they "threw in" was useless because it was designed for a thinner mattress. It didn't fit. That was a lot of wasted chatter about dust mites and such.

Rarely do you find service like this these days. When we walked into the store, we were promptly welcomed and the sales person was perfectly attentive without overbearing or trying to sell too hard. I really liked how she tried to quickly isolate which mattress would best suit us and she offered affordable mattresses to try to make sure we were buying the right one. After telling her we were shopping at other mattress shops, she said she had no problems beating their price and beat them by several $100s. The delivery was right on time and were very careful to be clean. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Sleep Country exceeded my customer service expectations. Service was professional and prompt. Delivery and set up of our new set and pick up of our old set was on time and respectful of our flooring - gotta love their booties!
