Bought the least expensive bed and found it too firm. He sold me the next level bed and it was still too firm. They were willing to exchange again without hassle. I found I needed to ask more questions. There was not enough information given but I’m happy with exchange policy.

We went into the store and bought the mattress after measuring the space we had to accomodate it, and we were assured that the mattress we chose would fit. The delivery guys showed up a day after we moved into our house and they declared that the mattress and box spring would never fit. So we called the salesperson at Sleep Country and told him about the problem, but he dismissed the opinion of the delivery guys. We ended up sending the mattress back to the store. Even though we went into to exchange the mattress with them, the sales staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic! They wanted to sell us a mattress of a lesser value, with a lower quality. Finally, they replaced our mattress with a more expensive one for the same price, but not before we angrily insisted and was just about ready to walk out of the store. It took a lot of work for us to get a fair solution to our problem!

I my opinion, Sleep Country is THE place to buy a mattress. We just had our new one delivered, after several weeks of shopping around. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable (really took the time ask about our wants/needs and tried to meet them), the price was right, and the delivery was very timely (delivered within a week of when we bought it). The delivery men were in and out within 10 minutes, and took our old mattress away to give to charity. And we also have a 60-day 'window' within which we can return and exhange the mattress if we're not completely satisfied. The whole thing went very smoothly and we are extremely satisfied and have already recommended them to friends. In fact, I'd recommend them to anyone shopping for a new mattress.

We were looking for our first "adult" mattress after buying our first house. At Sleep Country on West Broadway in Vancouver, Jennifer was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and NO PRESSURE. We were pleased to buy our mattress on the spot. It was delivered less than a week later. But, there was a dirty "mark" which had obviously been left on the side of the mattress, while loading into the truck. We were immediately assured we could have a replacement.

I was pleased with my dealings with Sleep Country. The salesman was very professional but not pushy. The bed was delivered when they said it would be and they really do wear those little booties. The bed was set up quickly. I would buy from them again.

They were amazing. Bought before Christmas. Delivery was good. Men dismantled old bed. Took off shoes. Took them 15 minutes to install bed. I would definitely buy again from Sleep Country. Sales people very helpful. Price was competitive with everybody else.

After my recent experience at Sleep Country, I will definitely go there first, before shopping anywhere else for a mattress. I had already shopped around a bit, and when I finally wound up at Sleep Country I was feeling kind of exhausted and overwhelmed considering all the information and options that I had been presented with at other places regarding what to look for in a new mattress. The staff at Sleep Country were not 'pushy to buy', but rather seemed interested in really helping me pick out the right mattress for ME... and they helped me pick a great one! I recently had it delivered (very nice delivery men, who also took my old mattress away for charity, by the way!), and I LOVE it - what a great night's sleep! I would not even consider returning it, although they do have a '60 day guarantee'. I will definitely go back!

The service was great. I didn't have to wait to be served and the knowledge of the salespeople was excellent. The mattress I bought feels great and I've never slept better.

Recenty bought our mattresses from here and have been very pleased. Prices were better than other Sleep Country stores. I have since bought my dad a mattress from here and sent our friends here. Make sure you deal with Saleem.

I recently bought a mattress at Sleep Country, and vowed to tell all my friends about what a pleasant experience it was to shop there, and what an awesome mattress I found. They were having a Sealy sale, so I got an excellent deal, the salesman was extremely nice and helpful, and even willing to negotiate the price a little bit (without making me feel bad about it). The mattress itself is exactly what I wanted. It arrived within 3 days in the store, they delivered it promptly, the delivery men were very pleasant, and they hauled my old mattress out of my place for me. To top it off, I have a 60 day guarantee if I'm not completely satisfied (although I am) - what a great place. I'll definitely go back the next time I need a new mattress!
