    Had to have my roof reshingled in the dead of winter

    Smart Roofing was recommended to me by co workers when I discovered that I had a nasty leak and had to reshingle the entire roof of my house in the dead of winter. Bob Morgan came out the next day and gave me a very realistic and reasonable quote. Within days the crew arrived and I have to say that Oscar and his group worked the entire day through the first real snow storm of the winter to complete the job in a timely and most professional fashion. I was truly impressed with the entire company; office staff and labourers and would not hesitate to recommend Smart Roofing to my family, friends and colleagues. Nice job. Thanks so much.     New Roof on Bungalow

    Jerry had to remove the old shingles and reroof the house, this was a fairly straightforward job and Jerry and team did it in much the same way they do all projects. On time, meticulously, professionally, and with outstanding after cleanup and minimum disruption to the occupants. Thanks again Jerry! And Darlene is just the nicest and most helpful office manager you could ever want to deal with. Smart Roofing are my roofers for years now. And if I haven't pointed it out before, what Jerry really excels at is troubleshooting of water/flashing related issues. Always outstanding. Can't say enough about these guys.

    Replaced Eaves troughs, soffit and fascia

    Bob and his crew were great! We actually got the work done last year, but i wanted to wait one full year before I wrote the review to determine if the work was done correctly (i.e. with-stood the elements for the winter and more importantly the spring thaw). And they did! And no leaks even with the horrendous summer we had with all those flash floods! When I initially called for the quote, the staff were super nice and had Bob came to the house promptly (within a few days, I think). His quote was very reasonable and they were able to accomodate me within a couple of weeks, even though they were super busy! Bob was very professional and provided what I thought was honest advice - i.e. things to do and things NOT to do as they wouldn't really add any value. The only reason why I am not giving them a 10 is because he was a bit difficult to get a hold of sometimes. Mind you, they did the work over the Christmas holidays which could explain why he was hard to contact (I wouldn't want to work over the Christmas holidays either)!

    Replaced shingles.

    The guys showed up just before 7 am as I was leaving for work. 5 pm, I come home and they are just about wrapping up the job (which is just over 1/3 the time it took another company to do a neighbours roof just a week prior). Overall I'm very pleased with the work they did. They even went as far as to canvas the lawn in the backyard at the end of the job to make sure no nails and whatnot fell on the grass ( I have a dog).

    Roof replacement

    They were good. They seemed very educated on what they were doing. Will recommend them to a friend. Was a bit dissatisfied with some of the mess they made. But they did end up cleaning it up after.

    Replacing of Shingles

    We had some damaged shingles that needed repairing so we called Smart Roofing Inc. They did the job quickly and well, they even cleared our roof of leaves for free!

    New Flat Roof on House

    This is the third job I've given to Smart Roofing and I highly recommend them without hesitation as a top quality roofer and company you can depend on when you need them. Jerry came through again and in urgent circumstances. A flat roof that I'd delayed re-doing started to leak into my house causing very upsetting damage. Picture Jerry -- during his busiest season -- trying to calm down a crying woman (yes, that was me, I swear I'm not like that at work!) who was helpless to stop water from coming into her beautiful house. Somehow, Jerry made it happen, the roof got redone and just in time before the next rain AND before my husband and I went on a vacation. It was a huge relief. Jerry is one of the few contractors that I truly trust when he recommends something, I know he's not just trying to make more work for his company, but trying to do an excellent job for a fair price, with a warranty that he stands behind and that's hard to beat. Many thanks to you and your team Jerry, they worked so hard and were SO tired after the unexpected 5 layers of roofing they had to strip off!

    a new roof on a sidesplit home 45 years old

    I had five quotes for our new roof Bob was the last I spoke with & he sensed my frustration on the phone but went on & answered all my questions and set up a meeting. He was the most professiional, knowledgeable and honest of the lot. His price was competitive & I have a warranty from both Smart Roofing and the shingle manufacturer because his installers are master roofers. The crew worked well and left the property spotlesss. There are alot of salesmen trying to upsell at an enormous cost and saying if you don't do it their way there is no warranty. Making claims to scare such as saying that the wood underlay would be full of mould and must be removed and that all the soffits needed replacing. To avoid all of these people I highly recommend Smart Roofing.

    New Roof

    Roofing installation

    I was very impressed with smart roofing. They installed the roof efficiently and in a timely manor. The were neat and tidy, and cleaned up the area around my home. The roofers were polite, and displayed excellent attention to detail. My roof looks fantastic and I highly recommend Smart Roofing INC.
