I am so very happy with the whole experience! Mario from Smart Roofing was punctual with initial meeting and quote and with the timing of when they could do the work. He was also the lowest cost with the lifetime shingles. The crew assigned knew their work and did high quality work from removing old roof, installing ice n water shield, underlay, starter shingles, cleaned eaves trough, 6 nails per shingle and thoroughly cleaned up. I will be recommending him to 2 of my neighbours and anyone else who asks! Thanks Mario for your honesty and professionalism! Dan D

Smart Roofing crew for both roof replacement and siding job were professional and courteous. Job was done on time as promised. Crew cleaned up the site after the job was done. Jerry called in throughout and followed up asking if everything is to our satisfaction after wards. Highly recommend. Wonderful people to deal with.

My roofing job was not easy. I own a semi so there is overlap with the other owners' roof. Also the old shingles from my kitchen had to taken out of the back of the property with wheel barrels. The company installed a vent on my kitchen roof; the previous roofer had not done so. I had wanted the roofs replaced before winter and the company got them done before winter.

I hired Smart Roofing for a complete roof replacement. This company is one of most professional roofing companies out there. Jerry explained all the options which made our decision very easy based on the thorough information provided. The job was completed within a few days exactly as promised and with exceptional clean up. I will be recommending Smart Roofing to anyone in need of a quality roof.

We used Smart Roofing to repair our roof in our previous house and were very satisfied with the work they did then. This time again they did a great work. We are very happy with our new roof. Jerry was very knowledgeable, thorough and clear about venting, types of shingles and all the relevant information we needed. The Luis' team was courteous, professional, reliable and clean. Bob was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was friendly, informative and I could tell he was there to help me and not just trying to make a sale. The two roofers that did the work were great. Again, friendly and were more than willing to answers questions I had. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They were were respectful of my property, and did a great clean up job afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend Smart Roofing Inc.

It was a pleasure doing business with Jerry and his work crews. My roof was done quickly and efficiently. The crew working on the roof were respectful of my property and cleaned all roofing debris from my yard and driveway. The driver (John) was very pleasant and helpful. He placed the bin exactly where I requested and picked it up making sure that no damage occurred to my driveway or fencing. The two man crew that installed the new eaves trough were equally professional. They look great and were installed with great care to insure that the troughs will drain the water efficiently to the downspouts and away from the foundation. Jerry was able to schedule the two services within days of each other so that we were not inconvenienced waiting for workman. All in all a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them.

It took a bit longer than most companies to get back to us with a quote (about a week vs. a few days) but it was well worth the wait. Once I met with the owner Jerry, everything was smooth sailing! He was very both knowledgeable and very friendly (unlike the guy from Avenue Roofing). We needed both a flat and shingled roof ASAP to minimize the interior damage to our house, and Smart Roofing was the only company who was able to squeeze us in within days, despite their busy schedule! The other companies we checked (Avenue Roofing and Walker Roofing) were both more expensive and had a wait time of 6-8 weeks! And even more impressive, these guys work on the weekends to get the job done fast! They were able to give us a quality roof within 4 days, from start to finish. If you need a roof, don't hesitate to give Smart Roofing a call!

We used Smart Roofing to repair the front part of our roof ten years ago and were very impressed and satisfied with the work they did then (the front part of our roof still looks brand new). This time we needed the back and side part of our roof repaired, mainly due to pesky raccoons. Once again I have nothing but high praise. We had a free, informative assessment done by Bob who was a pleasure to deal with right from the initial assessment until the work was all completed. The actual repairs were performed by Grant and Ryan and they were at all times friendly, courteous, and professional. They arrived on schedule (nice and early in the morning), performed the necessary repairs, cleaned out our eavestroughs, and did a very thorough clean up of our premises once the work was completed. Highly recommended .. 10/10 .. A++!
