I've finally located the ideal property and retirement location after much searching. In Niagara-on-the-Lake, Solmar's homes provide everything I need! The location is ideal for me, and the inside finishes are above and beyond what I had anticipated. I'm thrilled to reside in a stunning neighborhood of houses constructed by a reputable business. I entered the sales center right away feeling at ease, and the entire procedure has been fantastic. I'm eager to move in!

Excellent pricing, but perhaps that's why it took so long. Since moving in in June, it is now October, yet things are still unfinished. The foundation needs to be fixed since it is dripping. Just last week, a bathroom fan was installed. Not finished doors. Still waiting since things are taking too long to finish. 30 day form to verify that nothing is left undone or unfinished.

I didn't like how the house was laid out. On upgrades, they greatly overpriced. In the first year, they did a pretty excellent job of correcting any problems. Responsive. The design and arrangement of the rooms and baths, however, did not receive much consideration. Not advised for high-quality construction. But financially, it was okay.

On the day of occupancy, Solmar's customer service was exceptional. They were on time, cordial, and helpful. The staff went above and above to make sure that the move-in process went smoothly, and they were absolutely remarkable in their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
