I am very pleased with the job completed on both my shingled roof and porch flat roof. Spiros was easy to work with , his team was efficient, completing both roofs in a day. The work areas were protected, no mess afterwards and all waste collected. A new whirlybird vent was installed and Spiros addressed other deficiencies noted. Spiros did not require any payment until job was completed, reassuring in this age of dishonest roofers. Overall happy with the work done and I would recommend Spiros and his team

Spiros was recommended to us by a family friend and we understand why now. We spoke with and got quotes a bunch of different companies but Spiros was by far the best. It truly felt like Spiros had our best interests at heart. Our roof was becoming wavy and he took the time to explain what was happening with our current roof, laid out all our options, and the pros/cons of each option. He was so patient, taking time to explain everything to us, and answer any questions we had. On the day of our roof replacement, Spiros and his team came bright and early. When they were finished, you wouldn't be able to tell they were even there other than seeing the new roof. They cleaned everything up and made the experience super easy and seamless. I've already recommended Spiros to my own family and friends and will definitely continue to do so!

Spiros first did my roof back in 2005. 19 years later, my roof still looked good, but I thought it was best to replace it. We had water leaking from our gutter and post a request on homestar looking for a company to fix our gutter. Spiros is very professional as contact us right away after the posting and next day came to inspect our roof. He identify the issue as there was a gap between the gutter and eavestrough and install an extension to close the gap. His service is highly recommended.
