    Challenging Roof for Sauna

    We are very happy with Spiro and the crew. They arrived on time and completed job within timeframe we agree upon. Spiro explained the process thoroughly and reviewed all options. He described the trade offs for different types of materials and suggested additional protection for ice and snow. We are very satisfied with the job and would recommend Spiro Aluminum & Roofing to others.

    New Roof

    Spiros did a roof for my father over 24 years ago and I was happy I found him still in business. I called him and he came within 24 hours to provide me with an estimate. Not only did he provide me with a quote but he explained what to use and what to avoid. I can say hes thorough and does not cut corners. He was clean and professional throughout the entire repair. I was so happy with his service and level of professionalism and am glad there are great people that take there jobs so seriously. Its companies like this that could take lessons from Spiros and company. Thanks for making my house safe!!!!!

    Roof replacement

    Great quality and price

    Great quality, great price and fast response time. Spiro is very friendly and great to deal with. He answered all of my questions and started the work immediately. He also followed up with us after the work was done to make sure we were happy.

    Roofing

    Last fall my roof was missing a few shingles and needed repair. It was also time to update the old roof and gutters. Spiros's company helped me in the fall and scheduled their work for the spring. I really appreciate Spiros and his crew for their professionalism and tidy work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to change or repair their roofs.

    Roofing and Home Addition and Renovation

    New roof, home addition and renovation. I would recommend this company to everyone! Absolutely outstanding work. Went above and beyond what was asked. Pays attention to the small details. Cleans up at the end of each day. Work was promised to be completed in 4 months, done in 3. Price was reasonable. House is the gem of the street, compliments from all passers-by. Amazing team to work with!

    Roofing

    Spiros company gave me a price last fall and booked him for this spring. He honored his price although the prices went up. The work is done in a very professional manner and I am very satisfied.

    Replacement of Flat roof.

    The work was done well and in a timely manor. The crew arrived before 8am and they left no mess after work was done. The flat roof was done in a commercial style, which included a layer of insulating foam and a layer of cement board, with 2 layers of top membrane. Sprios also added membrane and flashing around the chimney and toilet stack, which was done at no extra cost. He was very informative and supplied us with photos of the work. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work.
