    New appliances purchased

    Ginette and I thank Chris Elliott, Sales Professional for his exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Chris went above and beyond our expectations in the purchasing and delivery process. His follow up of the installation of our Wolf and LG appliances was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. The appliances are quality at a great price. Ginette and I would definitely promote Tasco products and services to our friends and family, and would definitely refer them to Chris Elliott as the sales contact.

    All Appliances

    We purchased all our appliances with warranties. When we had a problem with the washing machine, I called Seta in customer service to ask if the warranty was still in place. She said no. I went ahead and had the repairs done, and then a few weeks later got a letter from Tasco saying our warranty was coming to an end. I called her back, and went over the situation. She agreed to repay me. When nothing came, I called again, and she (very rudely) said they would not pay me. Lesson learned. Do not purchase warranties and do not buy from Tasco.

    Refrigerator

    We purchased a refrigerator in October. It was making a loud hum and an eventual loud whirring noise came from the back. We called and were referred to customer service. They sent a repair person who told us that it could not be repaired, only replaced and that he would file a report. We were told 2 weeks later after we kept calling that there was nothing wrong with the appliance. This went back and forth for weeks, with no one taking responsibility. The fridge was also freezing items on the top shelf and started dripping water. We still have no resolution, only failed promises. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had. 100% buyer Beware.

    Renovations ( Kitchen)

    We first meet Nelson from a good friend of ours and let me tell you if you need appliances this is the guy you should see in Mississauga on Dundas, Nelson has so much knowledge and works with you to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase, my dream was to have a Wolf stove and Nelson made it all possible, we were doing a total renovation at our new home and we trusted Nelson to put together ALL our needs, Fridge,stove, dishwasher,wine fridge,washer,dryer and a BBQ, we have recommended Nelson to our friends and would not think twice if we were to move again and looking for appliances HE IS THE BEST. Tasco was there for me thru all my stress with this move, from the delivery ( I was so impress with the gentlemen that delivered our appliances and unfortunately the installation crew that came in the first time was not a pleasant situation but Tasco acted on it and they were there for me and sent another crew who was AMAZING.......THANK YOU Nelson we are so happy and lucky to have cross paths. We wish you well ( but with your knowledge you are the BEST so we know when we send someone they will be taken care of professionally and with respect.)

    Tasco-Mississauga

    We purchased our appliances from Tasco in Mississauga with Chris Elliott. We purchased them early in our renovation. We had a great experience with Chris--he spent a lot of time helping us with the choice. We even changed our mind afterwards and had no issue at all. The appliances were available as they had indicated--we even pushed back the date a little to accommodate a delay in our renovation. Delivery was easy--delivery company they used were great and very friendly. The installation was done by our contractor so didn't use Tasco. We did purchase the extended warranty and hopefully, everything will be OK if ever required. Overall, Chris offered great customer service--always very responsive and provided a great experience.

    Appliance Purchase

    Terrible, terrible customer service. In this age of online shopping, when there are so many options, went to this retailer as they were in my vicinity. They sold me a refrigerator promising quick delivery as ours was not working and we were without one! I booked the day off work to receive the fridge. Called twice the day before delivery as no one called to confirm delivery time. On the day of delivery I again left a message and finally received a call from shipping saying the fridge was on back order for 2 months and someone should have informed me; they told me to speak to manager - Valerie. Left a message for her and did not receive a call back. I guess our purchase just wasn't important enough.

    Kitchen Renovation

    I dealt with Tasco on Dundas Rd in Oakville and my sales person was Chris Elliott. I purchased subzero fridge, subzero drawers, wolf range and many other appliances costing a lot of money so expected stellar customer service. I received that from Chris. He's top notch and knows his products. He helped us with every difficulty we were experiencing. Needless to say there were some issues but he did his best to take care of us. The installation process and delivery were challenging but with Chris's great customer service, we were able to overcome the issues. I recommend Tasco.

    Samsung Fridge

    In April I purchased several appliances from Allan who was then at the Brampton store. We had a lot of trouble with one of the appliances and I was put in touch with the manufacturer. This proved to be a very annoying task since they didn't return phone calls and then tried to tell me that this serious problem was "normal". Silvia from Tqsco customer service got involved and with a lot of work on her part the manufacturer finally approved a return credit. I went to the Mississauga store this past weekend and picked out a new appliance. I was very impressed with the staff I dealt with and will continue to patronize this store knowing that they stand behind the products they sell.

    kitchen appliance purchase

    We bought 3 appliances recently from Tasco. A Samsung fridge, range and dishwasher. Upon installation (less than 2 weeks from delivery), the dishwasher door would not stay shut. Tasco would not consider replacing the dishwasher even though it was broken from the get-go. We were told that we would have to go through Samsung for servicing. I do not agree that something that received broken from Tasco is not their responsibility to deal with.

    Appliances

    We have been in the store a couple of times recently and just purchase a microwave. Both experiences were excellent. Sandra helped us picked the right microwave to fit a tight space in our kitchen. We also did some research on refrigerators and the fellow that helped us spent a lot of time giving us information on various brands and features. Service is what makes me want to come back.
