We recently purchased a new home and this time around decided to use a professional moving company ... we were both excited and nervous ... as we wanted to save some sweat and at the same time had heard numerous horror stories about some other moving experiences. From the moment Wayne, Elvis, and Peter set foot in our home they took charge. They wrapped our funiture very well and took care to protect our possessions during the move. Wayne was constantly keeping us informed regarding their progress and made us feel very comfortable. Our move went very smoothly and if we had received the keys to our new home on time the move would have gone without a hitch. Even though we kept them for longer than planned the guys were friendly and efficient. They even took the time to tighten a loose leg on one of our dining room chairs. Hopefully, we won't be going through another move anytime soon but if we do I would have no problem calling up Maria and asking for Wayne, Elvis, and Peter to be our guys.

I just want to thank Tender Touch Moving for the excellent service they provided on my move this past Aug. 13th. Through the booking process Justin was polite, prompt with replies, and very thorough with the information given. This move consisted of moving my furniture from my condo apartment to a family member's house for temporary storage, and with the condo we had a 2 hour elevator booking window to work with. While I was originally planning to begin the move late morning, Justin suggested we begin around 9:00 am so I could be the first customer of the day, guaranteeing there would be no delay in them reaching me and wasting precious elevator time. I took Justin's advice and on move day, Pedro and Wayne arrived 10 minutes early and wasted no time getting their truck into position. The gentlemen were very polite and friendly throughout the entire experience, working both quickly and with care. I was most impressed that they took the time, without wasting time, to wrap all my furniture in moving blankets to protect it even further during transportation, and runners were laid out throughout my condo as well as my family member's home to help protect the floors. Pedro and Wayne were so efficient that the move was completed a bit early, which not only saved me time but also resulted in a lowered cost than what I was quoted! Tender Touch has provided me with an excellent experience and I look forward to using their services again.

I used Tender Touch for my move within Toronto based on a recommendation from friends. This was the first time I used a moving company, but I was impressed. The two guys (Peter & Elvis) who showed up were on time, friendly, and took great care of my possessions. They even had to take apart my desk to get it out of my old place but put it back together perfectly at the new place. The guys did a ton of work moving my stuff and really hauled ass doing it. My move did take longer than expected but only because I had a lot more stuff than I realized or quoted, so make sure you fill out the questionnaire as accurately as possible so they can assess your move properly. All in all I would use this service again and have already recommended it to others. It was well worth the money.

I used Tender Touch Moving for my move from Whitby to Toronto, and they were excellent! I dealt with Justin in setting up the move - he was great to deal with, always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. The 3 movers, Patrick, Joe and Pedro, were fantastic. They were on time, very friendly and efficient. The entire move took 5.5 hours, which was what they quoted me. Worth every penny and I would use them again..Thanks guys!

I chose Tender Touch based on the reviews from this site. Overall I found them to be professional. They did a good job and nothing was damaged. Our move took a lot longer than expected. This was the first time I used a moving company, so I was not used to the care taken with our things. For my preference, I felt it was excessive. They took an exceptional amount of time wrapping our furniture. I would say that 50% of the time they spent moving was due to wrapping, despite that we had pre-wrapped a lot of our stuff. I can only assume that this was a 'liability' thing. They seemed to be going really fast at the start and we were confident that that the truck would be loaded by the three men within a couple of hours, but it took more than double that as they slowed down to wrap and wrap and wrap some more. The move went 4 hours longer than quoted and took approximately 9 hours. So was significantly greater than the quoted cost. Based on the inventory I gave and the size our our houses we were quote 1 hour more than the minimum. There are just two of us, moving from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 2 bedroom detached home. We also chose to move some of our own stuff to avoid the additional wrapping/cost in the end to help speed things up. All in all, I would recommend Tender Touch to anyone who is not concerned about cost, but extremely concerned about care and customer service.

I have done several of my moves with Tender Touch - no moving challenge is a problem for them - I've had moves with a piano, moves were beds needed to be hoisted and this last move where we had to get creative in parking the truck. Nothing is a problem - Tender Touch always has a solution! I want to send a shout out to Justin who was very accurate in quoting me a price for my move and to the two movers (who's names I forget) because they worked hard and were on time, cheerful and very helpful. I highly recommend Tender Touch to anyone who has a move coming up!

Very professional, friendly (Alvis and Peter, the two guys were fantastic!!)caring and on time. They took great care of all of my possessions and worked quickly and efficiently. The bill was very carefully explained to me, and I was provided with copies of my deposit and the final cost. I would have no issue using them again and have already referred their services to friends.

Tender Touch sent 3 men and a truck to move me. They were professional, clean, on-time and took good care of my furniture. Everything arrived in great condition. I would use them again and also recommend them to others.

The movers were very professional and highly skilled. You could tell that they knew what they were doing and they were careful not to ruin my new paint job. These guys have been in business for some time. I used Tender Touch ten years ago when I moved from Pickering to Toronto. This is a company that stood the test of time and does a good business through word of mouth.
