This was the first time we used tender touch, the guys were amazing they worked very hard and were very careful of our new home, they were very professional and did whatever was asked of them, I would definitely use them again!!

This was the first time my family had used professional movers to help with a residential move and we were a bit nervous. From the first interaction, Tender Touch set our minds at ease. Maria was always polite and prompt in her responses. On the day of the move, the team showed up right at 9am as scheduled. They got to work and efficiently packed up my entire house, wrapping furniture, dismantling bedframes, etc. They took great care of everything, continuously asked for my feedback on what they were doing and wouldn't let me lift a finger! Once at my new home, they were very careful while unloading our belongings and put everything in its place. Nothing was broken, nothing is missing and I think it was a very successful move, thanks to the team at Tender Touch!!

Everyone involved in our very successful move: Justin, Maria, Patrick, Christian and Mohammed were fantastic!! The cost was fair and reasonable ,and the service was exemplary. Thank you everyone, great job!

We hired Tender Touch to pack our home contents on the first day and to move us from North York to Oakville on the second day. We couldn't have been happier. Not only did everything go off without a hitch, but every single guy was a pleasure to deal with. They worked so hard and clearly they aimed to please. The move was absolutely amazing and we were completely happy. We can't thank the guys enough, especially Pedro and Phil.

Our initial consult with Jason went extremely well. He was very informative and a consummate professional. I found Maria and Jessica very accomodating on the phone. On the day of the move I had the typical concerns but, Earl and his crew took all of that away. They did an amazing job and I am still shocked at how smooth it all went off without a hitch. It is by far the best moving operation I have ever dealt with.

I don't usually give a 10 in any rating but Tender Touch earned it. They brought in a crew of 5 for our move from the GTA to Sudbury. Jason looked after everything from the sales contact to crew chief at both ends and driver. I had another commitment during the move but that didn't matter as there was nothing to be concerned about. I would highly recommend this crew and company.

The team at Tender Touch made my move stress free which is saying a lot. From Jessica in the office who coordinated and quoted the project to Pedro and Krisjian who did the heavy lifting, the service was friendly, accommodating of some challenging situations, and professional. I would happily recommend the company to others and use the service again.

I hired Tender Touch Movers and was very skeptic because of all the stories you hear about moving companies. I must say that Tender Touch is the moving company to hire. They were very professional, efficient and took great care of my furniture. Thank you to Phil and his crew!!

Tender Touch was our moving company and did a great job, highly recommended and excellent service. They were on time, professional and made our moving experience enjoyable and the staff was polite and courteous.

I picked Tender Touch based on the many good reviews they had. Unfortunately, I had the bad luck to move on the hottest day this summer! The movers arrived early in a rather dilapidated truck and immediately set to work. They had a system. Phillip and Patrick worked relentlessly and with good cheer. Everything was carefully wrapped. They even moved my very heavy piano. Nothing was damaged. At the move in site, Patrick unwrapped everything, put stuff where I directed and put things back together. He even set up my TV and made cardboard protectors for my bed legs! I gave them many drinks of cold water and juices, gave them lunch, and trail mix and clementines for afternoon snacks, for all of which they were extremely grateful. The whole move lasted 11 1/2 hours. Moving into the condo was a pain, but never did they complain. There was also a very quiet helper with whom I did I not interact much. Phillip was very considerate of the other people in the condo and did his best not to tie up the elevator for too long at a time. All in all, the move was as pleasant as was possible.
