I am forever grateful to Bill and his two team members for accommodating us in their busy schedule. At first, he was kind enough to come on a short notice to give us an estimate on our required job. He explained to us the work that was needed and that he would try to fit us in before our patio interlock repair date. True to his word, he managed to squeeze us in within a week’s time period. When he came with his team, they were not only quick but also tidy in their work. They completed all areas of tuck pointing neatly and happily obliged to some of our other areas of requests. Bill tried to resolve some unexpected findings in the chimney with his best possible solution and a ten year warranty. On the whole, it was a very pleasant experience and I have the peace of mind of knowing that I had honest, integral and hardworking team take care of my repair job. I would take pride in recommending “The Chimney Company” in a heartbeat!!

We contacted Bill to clean our two wood burning fireplaces. They were filthy when we bought the house and we had no intention of using them. We also asked Bill to seal up the chimneys, but he explained that chimneys can't be sealed completely because that would trap in moisture. He said that he would install new caps. Bill said that he normally does cleaning in the fall, but he fit us into his schedule. In addition to the cleaning and install of caps, Bill removed an old antenna that was attached to the chimney, and showed us some repairs that would need to be done as part of the chimney was crumbling. What started off as a simple clean turned into a much bigger job when they discovered dead squirrels in the chimney! We were shocked as there was never any indication of a critter problem (i.e., no smell in the house at all). This led to the job taking longer and being more work. We felt horrible that they had to deal with all that, and I had said to Bill that he could revise the quote he gave us, but he refused. We are very very grateful to Bill and his team for their excellent work and professionalism. We will definitely be asking Bill to do the chimney repairs this fall, and we highly recommend him and his crew.

This is the third time over the last five years that I’ve hired the Chimney company for different jobs. This time it was to replace my brick window sills which where falling apart and put in one piece rock face stone . Bill and his guys are extremely meticulous with every aspect of their work from protecting the area for demo to rebuild and to clean up. We couldn’t be happier, thanks guys for another job well done.

We had our chimney torn down and rebuilt this week by Bill and two of his employees. They are very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

In the late Fall of 2018 Bill was able to show us with photos, that our home of about 35 years old, needed to have the chimney, above the roof line, to be rebuilt. The work began in June of 2019. Bill and his team of 2 others quickly completed the demolition. Down the the side of the home with the chimney is a perennial garden. I was concerned that the plants would suffer with the demolition and construction so nearby. But this did not happen. The crew was very careful to keep the plants "safe". Their care in this regard was appreciated by us. In two days the job was done with Bill returning briefly the following week to do some final waterproofing. Thank you Bill and The Chimney Company.

Service was extremely courteous and professional. Work was beautifully done and well explained in advance of what was needed. The job was done in the amount of time indicated, and there were no delays. Excellent job of "clean-up" also. Would highly recommend this company.

I called The Chimney company for a quote. The next day Bill arrived looked the job over and gave me a quote. I usually contact several companies for quotes before I decide who I want to hire. I was so impressed with him I felt why bother they were the company I wanted. He called a week earlier to confirm the date. They arrived as promised and quickly got to work. The result was an outstanding new chimney. They were truly professional and their clean up was impressive. The guys were even picking up little pieces of brick on the ground that had fallen weeks ago. You can shop around for companies but why waste your time when you can have the best The Chimney Company. These people are obviously great and very professional. They’re friendly, did the job well and even cleaned up after theirselves properly. I would highly recommend them for chimney repairs. They were even able to make the chimney look identical to the old one (as they broke it down and rebuilt it). Overall, great service, job well done and nice people.

Excellent workmanship and excellent service from quote to execution. Never been so happy with a renovation contractor ! Highly recommend this company for all your chimney repair needs ! My chimney was in a very bad shape. Bill rebuilt the top portion and added the cap that was not included in the original design. I'm very happy with the outcome.

We contacted the Chimney Company as we thought our chimney needed repair. Bill came by the next day to see what the problem might be. He said there was nothing wrong with it that a little caulking couldn't fix. He left us with some sound advice and did not charge for the service call. Great customer service.
