Bill and his crew were professional, courteous and very efficient. A "10" rating isn't high enough in my opinion for their workmanship - it was truly a joy to see the end result. From the moment I received my quote, a very detailed and meticulous quote right, e.g. included the name of the 30 year old he was going to use to replace older brick, I knew I was dealing with someone who takes his business very serious. The crew took their time in preparing the site and protecting my driveway, AC unit, pool equipment etc. before starting the work and at the end of the day you could not tell that they were even here. The last thing that really impressed me was the fact that they secured my gate lock (I have a pool) when they left. Got a few quotes which were all for a similar amount to do the job and settled with The Chimney Company. Met with Bill who was professional and without a doubt knew his stuff. I trusted him right away and after reading the reviews, that made my decision. Bill and his crew arrived on time and set everything up in an organized and clean fashion. They took care of my property at every stage by sweeping and picking up debris. My property was left spotless. At first I was shocked that it was going to cost me $3000 for the work but after seeing what it entailed, they earned every penny of it. That was not an easy job. Very impressed with Bill and his entire team. My chimney looks awesome!

Bill responded to our service request very promptly and provided very reasonable written quote to rebuild our crumbling chimney. He arrived with his crew at the scheduled time and did a very professional job. Really impressed with the work done and how clean they left our property when the work was completed. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill and his crew. They were very personable, professional and conscientious, taking pride in their work and trade. My chimney was badly damaged so I received a few quotes. Bill's was very reasonable and he clearly knew what he was talking about. He is a chimney expert - hence the name of his company. Obviously with the COVID restrictions he had to wait for the OK and during that time he kept me well informed. His communications were excellent. Finally the crew arrived punctually this week, working very hard to complete the task in just over a day. There were some extras needed to the fireplace and for cleanup, all done extremely well. The crew was hard working, safety conscious, polite and thorough. I was more than pleased with the work.

The ceiling inside the house close to the chimney area had water spot. Thought it’s the chimney problem as it’s been many years since the last major repair. Browse the web, found Bill’s video talking about different chimney issues. Had an impression that he really knows what he’s doing. Emailed him, and he called back. Ask me to send some pics, then explained to me it probably not the chimney problem but promise to come by and take a look. End up it just need to change the rain cap, fix the broken bricks and do the caulking. Took some pics for me to see as I won’t see what’s been done up there. Everything done within less than an hour. This gentleman really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Bill.

Bill and his crew came early before the expected time and started the j0b. They did an amazing job and Bill even checked our roof without asking and found some shingles torn and in bad shapes and also some holes in the roof which he even fixed. He took some pictures of the damaged roof and showed them to me. This job is not part of the contract but out of his kindness and compassion for seniors he went out of his way to help us. I talked to him and his crew and I found them very kind and polite. After the job they did the cleanup very well and even hose down the driveway and everything was so clean. Bill and his staff did an amazing job on our chimney and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. I highly recommend using them for your chimney/brick work.

Bill and two of his employees are very professional and courteous. We have 2 chimneys that need to be repaired, one is to tear down and rebuild and the other one is to repair the top few courses. Both were done professionally. They cover the AC and the deck prior to the work, make sure the demolition won't damage the property. Clean-up was excellent as well.
