The Window & Door Specialist gave a very reasonable quote for my basement window replacement. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. I am an engineer that has worked in the building restoration industry. Over the years, I have seen so many window companies come and go, because many of them are not able to provide warranty for their work. The Window & Door Specialists have done a great job with my windows, and I will trust them with my future window purchases. Thanks for the good work Window & Door Specialist!

11 months after the installation I'd like to comment on the service. Price: average, I got 4 quotes. Time: less than two days. I replaced all my old windows of my house which is a two storage detached one, plus the patio door. I love the new windows. No more noises anymore. I cannot even hear if it is raining or not. The gas bill in last winter was much lower than before. I had a couple conversation with Louis. This guy is an expert. He knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend this company!

The salesman that helped me was very informative, and friendly. He wasn't pushy, he gave me and my wife time to think about it. The job was done quickly, and the quality was great! I will recommend this place to my friends.

For initial visit, Louis came over at a convenient time for me around 7pm. He took his time explaining all options clearly and was very honest. A quote was sent within a few days. Louis and Tony was able to answer my questions very quickly throughout the entire process. We also went to his showroom twice. His staffs at his showroom were also very informative and not pushy. 15 Windows (brick to brick) were replaced in march 2016. Tato came to do the installation. After installation, it was noticed a crank handle needed to be replaced. Tato came back within 2 weeks to replace the damaged handle. 100% positive experience with W&D. Highly recommended.

We used Windows and Doors specialist for second time, this time get a couple of windows replaced. Due to some error in system, the windows we got had wrong grills on it. Louis , the business owner, worked on the issue promptly and we got the issue fixed to our satisfaction. Also Judy from the office followed up with me multiple times to make sure the problem is addressed to our satisfaction. Error may happen in business but I really liked the way Louis handled it and showed responsibility and accountability. That's what makes a business outstanding among competitors. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

We can't tell you how happy we are with The Window & Door Specialists. We just had a Beautiful Aluminum Canopy installed on our front porch. The quality of product and work is great! We needed our porch to have some shelter to give us some coverage from rain/snow, to enjoy sitting outdoors and of course for protection of our beautiful Double Doors which we had previously had done with the same company.
