Windows and Door installation
I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by The Window & Door Specialist from obtaining quote to the completion of the installation. All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I ordered triple glaze for some fixed windows and the rest double glaze. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Kian, the owners who are very professional, knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient and always ready to answer any questions. The installation was exceptional and the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home and the quality of work was outstanding. they took the time to ensure that all debris was removed and the house was left clean. The quality of windows is absolutely astounding. The windows and doors are well insulated. I noticed a big difference the way my house holds the temperature now. I would 100 percent recommend The Window & Door Specialist for all your window and door needs.

We had our entire homes windows replaced. Ali and his team did a fantastic job, they were friendly professionals and extremely clean. We noticed a huge improvement immediately. I would and have recommended Th Window & Door Specialist to my neighbours and friends. Thank Ali and team

Front Door and Interior Door to Garage
I would definitely recommed The Window and Door Specialist. They provided excellent service end to end. They have a great variety of doors, styles and colours to choose from. They were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Home Renovation
The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Rob and Kian were a pleasure to deal with and installer did a wonderful job. Now I have a really nice patio door and windows.

Front door
We have wanted a new front door and storm door for years and carefully shopped around our options. I am so delighted that I found the Window and Door specialists as they had exactly what we wanted, came to our home to get perfect measurements and the quality is amazing! The installer (Jack) was fantastic too! He work was meticulous and he was a pleasure to have as he took care of every detail to ensure the frame, the door and the caulking was PERFECT! I have already recommended this company to a few of our neighbours and highly recommend them! We are thrilled with the results!

Nightmare scenario
Signed contract with Ali to replace existing windows. Later learned that we were shooting for rebates that will not happen. Ali away and Kian took over. We decided to go with less expensive windows as rebate no longer a factor and rebates applied to top tier windows. I said let's just go to the less expensive windows. They arrived in the wrong colour. I ordered black windows and they came in white. Kian had dropped the ball and missed that my contract with Ali was black, not white. He insisted that I authorized the new order and I had to take responsibilities. He promised to assist in finding someone who will paint windows black for me at my expense. Multiple calls later, not happening. Finally, money all settled. and because i have a disability , I did not get a chance to inspect work and paid everything. Only to find out the job is not finished. None of the finishing trim was applied. Kian and I did have an agreement of the ground floor windows not applying trims and finishing in return for a small rebate. The rest of the windows on 2+3 floor were left not finished. Ali said no, they will not be coming back or giving me rebate for the unfinished work. The patio door (pic 3) installation is so poor that my engineer said it was lucky that the roof structure did not collapse. Two words for this company: Sloppy + Dishonest.

It is such a pity that this client has forgotten some facts. Let's provide some explanations for the sake of transparency for our kind visitors. Firstly, The client has forgotten that he had ordered the double pane and both sides white color windows. This is completely clear on the signed contract in Dec 2021 which is attached. Secondly, They were renovating the whole house on Dec 2021, walls and floors and all other things. He was informed very clearly that we do not do constructions and his contractor has to finish all the walls then we can install the windows. On Feb 2022, we were ready for window installation on time, but the walls were still not ready. He asked us to install the windows without interior finishing and as per his request we installed the windows on Feb 2022. We came back some weeks later to install the door and finish interior windows finishing but the walls were not ready again. Finally, after four months we agreed to supply the interior casing of windows and gave him a $200 discount. We already supplied the windows casing, and he was paid on Aug2022, and we closed the job. As the picture shows, the walls are not completed yet after 10 months of windows and door installation. He asked us for more discounts two weeks ago, which was absurd, and when we did not accept his request, we received this review! All the documents, emails and pictures are present in his file and some of them are sent to Home stars for transparency for our kind visitors. I think our visitors will be able to clearly see the truth. Although these kinds of platforms are great for transparency to help people make better decisions, they could be misleading if someone wants to use such platforms to misguide people and damage. Kian

Front porch enclosure
The Window and Door Company provided great customer service from beginning to end. Our sales rep, Rob was amazing. He was knowledgeable, listened and provided his expertise and gave us options on the glass layout, option of single and double door. Superior product. Our installer, Juvenal (Joe) is the best in the business. The Window and Door company had Juvenal install, directly from the supplier, York Aluminum . He was meticulous, precise, hardworking, took pride in his workmanship. Provided superior customer service. Highly recommend The Window and Door Company.

Front entry and side doors
We wanted to update our front door and also needed to replace a leaky side door. Rob came within two days to provide a quote. The doors did take some time to be manufactured and installed but this was in large part due to the ongoing pandemic and some brutally cold weather in January. Jack, the installer, did an excellent job and we are really pleased with the result. Overall, the Windows and Door Specialist team was very professional and responsive.
