We are very happy with our new windows and doors for our new house. They have a big collection to choose from and they provide good customer service and follow ups. Not cheap but everything comes with a price! We recommend them for anybody who wants a professional job.

We replaced our old French doors and kitchen door, with a sliding patio door and kitchen door. The overall experience from the initial consultation and sales to the installation and clean-up, was positive. The company was able to meet the demands of a non-standard size door for the kitchen, as well, retain the older door frame molding at the installation. And, with many firms seemingly hiking prices during COVID, pricing was competitive and fair. This was our second experience with The Window & Door Specialist, as we have used them in the past to replace our windows, and we would highly recommend them

10/10 would recommend! We wanted to have a front porch installed, shopped around, and lot of places just asked us for photos and either quoted an unreasonable price or flat out gave no reply. WDS on the other hand, had Rob drive out all to way to meet us, listened to our request, explained the entire manufacturing and installation process, designed and drew out the plan on the spot. There was no pressure to sign any contract and he was happy just to explain how WDS and the industry works. We gave it some thought and signed a contract a couple of days later, and they got the work started right away. During these covid times, a lot of metal work have slowed down. Rob and the good people at WDS kept us updated from time to time, assuring us that the project was progressing and they weren't just sitting around. The installation only took a day, professional installer Juvenal and his partner (which I regretfully didn't take his name) worked really hard to get it done. They really know their stuff. After they were done, Juvenal's partner gave us a tutorial to make sure we know how to work the locks and windows. Juvenal also came back a couple of days later after a thunderstorm to make sure everything is ok. This is customer service at its finest. You don't get that with other contractors. Really amazing work! BIG thanks to WSD team for the service!

Our new front door and porch enclosure look amazing . The design and workmanship are excellent. Ali and the team also installed new rollers and a screen on our patio sliding doors and a few window glass inserts . We are very pleased once again with the finished products from The Window and Door Specialist team.

Very impressed with the prompt, courteous and professional service. Installer was excellent. Took great care inside and outside the house. Worksite left in very good order when job was complete. Highly recommend!

Window and Door specialists came and installed new doors for us for a great price, great worksmanship. They cleaned up after the job and did everything they said they would.
